My wife and I choose Immaculate Conception Catholic School after thorough consideration of other parochial and public schools. We researched the heck out of where to formally start our child's education. My child loves this school, classmates, teachers and staff and looks forward to being in class everyday. The teachers and staff care about my child as if he was one of their own. I know that sounds cliche but it's true. The small class size and interaction my child has with each teacher he encounters matters as he builds his educational foundation. He also receives Catholic formation to give him moral guidance for the future. And if my wife and I weren't Catholic I wouldn't mind one bit sending my child to this school because of how accepting the school is.

ICCS is the perfect example of the hypocrisy of the Catholic Church. They're not concerned about your child, but rather about the school's image. They are not interested in teaching a child who's struggling. Instead, they make the child's life miserable! They're quick to make you sign up your child to take online classes with Texas tech for whatever subject a teacher decides she doesn't want to bother teaching your child. By the way, that's in addition to the tuition you're paying, because they're not interested in teaching your child. They can destroy your child psychologically, break him or her down so bad that the child's spirit, self confidence and self esteem are destroyed! My child went to the school believing in God and the Church to a point he wanted to be a priest one day. By the time he left the school, he was so disappointed that he absolutely refuses to go to Church anymore. He lost his faith in God, because God's servants in his young mind are good people, not the hateful people who are administrators and teachers at ICCS. They side with the teacher over your child even if it's not in the child's interest. The priest who's in charge, is very hands off, takes what ever the principal says, without ever bringing the parents in for a conference! I'm telling you, stay away from those evil people! You'd be better off in a good public school system! By the way, I haven't lost my faith in God, but after my horrible experience at ICCS, I completely lost faith in the Catholic Church. So much for keeping the Church together...
