Don’t let the location fool you. The staff here take sides and pick favorites, and treat some of the parents unfairly. Not only have I witnessed mistreatment to other parents, but I have been discriminated against as well. Will be looking for a friendlier environment.

Would not recommend. Staff was extremely unprofessional.

I attended Cornerstone for around ten years. I love it there. It is a wonderful place to learn but that being said, it has areas that need a ton of work. The upper management had trouble listening to the students concerns. I know at least two students because the schools upper management wouldn't do simple things to discipline the children who were bullying or acting out. The teachers were left to try to resolve problems on their own. The teachers are the main reason to go here. In middle school I had the same teachers all three years. I got to know them. They teach you life lessons as well as the curriculum. Most of the teachers over prepared me for high school. It was so great to be ahead of the curve going into a new learning environment at a different school. I have learning disabilities and most of the time the school helped to accommodate me. My favorite teachers of all time are at Cornerstone. The teachers are worth it the rest of it needs work.

Wonderful! This school has also done a great job with online learning during recent events.

Huge disappointment! While there are many great teachers at this school, the leadership is badly lacking. Now that we have left, many people in our community have expressed similar experiences. I highly suggest you ask around and do your research before you enroll your child. We ended up leaving because the bullying was so severe. My child was targeted by the bullies for his learning differences. We did cooperate and gave the owner a chance to get the issue resolved but we saw absolutely no improvement.

My child is in middle school and helps tutor our friend's daughter in Algebra. My friend's daughter is a freshman in college! Advanced is not strong enough of a word.

EXCELLENT. This school is AMAZING. Our child has been at the school since 3 months old -- for more than 10 years. We only want the best for our child, and expect our child to study and behave and get along with others. Our child has flourished. If you see a bad review --- it is from an 'entitled' parent who couldn't/wouldn't pay the bill and was asked to leave and is bitter, or who believed that their kid didn't have to behave, study, or treat other children with respect.

We have a middle school student who recently beganattending Cornerstone. It has been a breath of fresh air. Caring teachers and staff, excellent curriculum, balanced Homework expectations, lots of extra curricular activities/sports and overall a great school. We are so glad we found it and plan on staying through high school.

My children have gone there since preschool. The learning environment is exceptional. Teacher to student ratio is unparalleled. The owners and faculty have created a caring family type atmosphere while keeping a very professional environment. Make no mistake, this school is heads and shoulders above any school in this district.

I have 2 children who are enrolled at Cornerstone, a 4 year old in Pre-K and an 8 year old in 3rd grade. What my youngest has learned, even within the first month of Pre-K, astonished me & my husband. As a child, who, let's say isn't a lover of learning, he's enjoyed learning in the setting your school provides. The environment is positive, his teachers are patient, and they recognized his level of comfort and ability, and then subsequently met him on the right level. My older child, who IS a lover of learning and strives to be successful, has been placed perfectly in every single class/grade he's been in. His teachers are extremely proficient in their understanding of how a child's brain works, how mind, body & spirit are critical to success, and how to reach a child with whatever situation presents. As a young boy, he's struggled with social maturity and his current and past teachers see the WHOLE child. All of the school personnel are respectful and kind. I'm so pleased that we've chosen Cornerstone for our boys. I'm confident that they have the start they need to be successful men, because of what Cornerstone has done for them and for us as a family.

Cornerstone is fantastic! My 12 and 13 year olds are finally thriving with the small class sizes, innovative teaching, and supportive environment. The principal and teachers are always available to discuss problems or ideas to help my children improve. It is amazing how many extracurricular activities are available and how involved the parents are. We are so thankful we found Cornerstone!

Cornerstone teachers and administrators have a real desire for students to succeed, become well-rounded, self-confident individuals, and give back to the community. They have an excellent student to teacher ratio and a variety of curriculum and teaching methods.

My son has been attending this school for a few years now and they work so very closely with his educational needs it has been a blessing. I would love all children to get that quality of education. The only two things I would care to see change is their lunch menu. My son won't eat the school lunch. And there is no school nurse on the premises. I would like to see the school get their own soccer team or something like that instead of having to find something outside of the school for such activities as I believe it instills confidence in children. Overall, I am very pleased with the school as a whole.

Cornerstone is a wonderful school that has caring teachers with small classes who work with students at their academic level. The campus is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful and the students and staff are smiling. Teachers use a variety of methods to reach all students including technology in the classroom. Very good school!

I like everything about this School(Teachers, teaching, Principal, students etc), My son's 1st yr, he's in 2nd grade.Cornerstone is a very quiet school which focuses only on things that are important to students like Academics, Music, competitions etc. They have a good music teacher and program.I heard they won state level technology competition as well last year.I don't see any activities that waste's students time or parents time. My son attended McGinnis Woods Elementary in Alpharetta for 2 years, I see a big difference the way Prinicipal runs the School at Cornerstone. At Cornerstone, Management is not money minded, no fund raising and unnecessary activities/events that require parents attendance, PA board members/parents doesn't hang out in the school creating a noisy environment, parents don't have to give gifts to teachers or influence them in any way, they have sports fields,GYM, they conduct Spelling Bee competition openly on stage just like the real spelling bee and all parents can attend, they have Math League & Oratorical from 2nd grade onwards etc. I didn't see any of the above good things at McGinnis Woods. Mr. Aaron 2nd grade teacher is the best. Cornerstone's the best

If you care about your education, this is the school for you. They may be lacking a few of the extracurricular items that other schools have like football, but their education is second to none. They focus on helping each child reach their full potential and will customize the curriculum as necessary to insure it. Don't take my word for it. Go check out the school and ask them how they do on standardize tests. My son has been there since he was 2 months old. He is now in 5 years old and is no doing 2nd grade math curriculum and 1st grade reading.
