The principal and teachers at Mill Creek are amazing! Gus really cares for the kids! He goes above and beyond. The only issue here is the special education department. You will need to fight for your kid to get what they need, and Gus will back you. Over all the school ensures that kids are happy healthy and safe. That they are also learning!

I pulled my 5th grader out of this school after an entire year of complete frustration with how their approach to teaching and assisting parents was beyond dismal. I will be moving the rest of my kids out of the school district once they enter 5th grade. This Middle School was a train wreck for my 5th grader and an experience I will make sure to avoid with my other children. There is a reason the kids at this school are behind state test averages threw out 5-7th grade and it has nothing to do with engaged parents or there children. I truly hope they start a dressing this before more children's love of learning and academic opportunities are greatly diminished.

I do not recomend this school if you have children that come from a divorced home. I have a daughter that a currently enrolled in this school . Getting the staff and principal to cooporate with the parent that doesent have the primary care of the child is nearly impossiable unless you constantly stay on them.. I have had to go to the superintendent fequently so anyone would take me serious and make sure my rights wear copletely exercised so If you want children here and your a divorced parent good luck do a little more investigation and ask lots of questions before you make this very important choice however the some of the teachers are very nice understanding and do there best with the children
