Nothing but good things to say about this school. Three of my four children have attended since Kindergarten. My oldest attended public school (Byron Center schools), and it was amazing to compare her level of education with that of her sister, who is two grades below - many times, they would help each other with homework, as they found they were working on a lot of the same things, despite the grade difference. My second youngest struggles with schoolwork. From Kindergarten through the third grade, she received so much extra help from her teachers and other staff members - never once did she fall behind her classmates. This is the kind of school where community is very solid - parents find support from not just the staff, but from other parents as well. I'm very satisfied with the education and environment my children have grown up in within the ISJ community. They have never once doubted that Jesus loves them, and it's been a blessing to watch their faith grow and mature over the years.

Great community, loving staff. Truly care about the students and their families. My eldest has been going here since 3yrs old, she's heading into Gr 2 next year. Middle child also started at 3 and going into K, he has severe allergies and they have been amazing, even implemented a no tree nuts policy in his class. My youngest will start in the New Year 2023 when he turns 3! Great class sizes, impeccable staff and school.

Two children have attended. The teachers care about the students, not about a paycheck. Small classes so more one on one time. Parent involvement is required, I love this. Communication with teachers is easy and expected. Curriculum is advanced, but the teachers do their best to make it fun. Loving environment for the students. Also offers daycare before school and after school for busy parents. Love this school. Recommend to all not just Christian.

This is an amazing school. If you are looking for an affordable, high-quality, Christian education this is the school. We have two boys attending ISJ. Our oldest started preschool here in 2012, and our youngest started preschool in 2014. We are so happy with the entire educational experience - the teachers and staff are wonderful; there are variety of sports students can get involved in; diverse field trip opportunites; and fun school wide events. We are so thankful we found ISJ!
