I have 2 graduates and I could not be more happy with what they got from BMS. Every teacher really cared about them and went above and beyond to help them to be their best.

This school is a facade, behind the closed doors kids are constantly being bullied with little to nothing be done about it about it. You’re guilty until proven innocent in this school even if you’re the one that is missing a leg. The GYM teacher will let kids trash talk one another and stand back and laugh, there is no such thing as AntiBullying when you have teachers letting it happen. Teachers here are as much to blamefor bullying as the kids, in fact they encourage it. You report a teacher for wrong doing and they will make your child’s year with them a nightmare. This school fakes the students grades to look as though they are doing a great job teaching.

The teachers that have been here 10-20 years have little to no patience for children with ADHD. They need to teach the educators how to Properly manage children with learning difficulties, no compassion. When it comes to a 504 plan, the social worker does not do any follow ups going into another school year. Teachers do not follow the plan at all and most won’t even implement it unless “you” the parent starts to address this issue. Be careful because when you do start advocating for your child, certain teachers will make your child’s year at that school with them horrible. Terrible. 6th grade Social Studies teacher is a nightmare, German teacher is spiteful and very petty. This school district is not all that it seems to be, nothing more than a candy coating.

If it were easy to pull my child out and put her into a private school I would in a heartbeat. Your at the mercy of the local school system. I can't stand that a student can fail a test and keep on taking it till their grade improves. Homework is a joke on how it's done and you might as well have your child stay home and teach themselves on Kahn Academy since that's all they do is computer work.

The teachers care about their students and push them to achieve their goals. I love their grit program which is teaching my child how to persevere.

So many good teacher reputations are ruined by the administration and teachers who are more interested in their extracurricular activities than their students. If your child has a learning disability look for alternatives. This is a school that is desperately trying to maintain its rating at all cost, and specifically by suspending or pushing out any kids that are at risk. In particular the math teachers here are sub par, not even sure how certain ones attained a position to teach young minds. There is a reason the ratings at this school keep going down year after year.

Both my children attend Bridgetown Middle School and are getting a fantastic education. The teachers communicate extremely well and my kids enjoy the caring atmosphere. This school continues to get top test scores locally and around the state. Great School!!

Bridgetown Middle School is an amazing place to learn. Every teacher helps you thoroughly. The thing I like best about Bridgetown is that they give you updates on what the students are doing, they have one teacher from each grade level and team level and they know the whole week what we are doing, Like when there is a test, quiz, writing assignment, ext. Bridgetown could improve in some bulling but ever since last year my daughter has never been bullied again. And like I said before the teachers, Principal, Vice principal, staff, and students are great! My daughter loves Bridgetown Middle school, I love Bridgetown Middle School, You should love Bridgetown Middle school

School is only worried about test scores and technology. They constantly test-even unnecessary tests that are not the 'OAA' (which is obviously mandatory). They do not hold students to a standard-allowing them to turn in work weeks and months late. Their honors program is a joke - students rarely have homework, have 'hands held' through classwork and aren't held to deadlines.
