Both of my kids graduated from here and I could not be more pleased. There are so many clubs and activities that your student is sure to find some way to get involved. Though I was initially concerned about how large it is, I could tell that each teacher truly cared about my kids. The taxpayers in the area are less than generous with tax levies, but the school does the best it can with what it's got!

STOP THE BULLYING AT OAK HILLS HIGHSCHOOL!!!! IT IS BEING " SWEPT UNDER THE RUG"!! How does Oak Hills deal with the bullying??? According to the code of conduct, there is 0 tolerance for bullying at your school...I beg to differ.....Very very sad..

Sorry I moved here so far. Should have stayed in my other state or over seas in private school.Those parents who have lived here all their lives are blind to what other schools can offer. I have experience with 7 other high schools, both public and private and this is one of the bottom schools in my experience. Zillow rates them as a 6 out of ten. Any student or professor will tell you a 6 out of 10 is barely passing grade yet you will hear from parents and administrators how proud they are of this rating. If my student came home with a 6 I would be furious, not raving about it. Just talk to any of the administration office about Oak Hills High School. They will tell you how proud they are of the excellent education they provide. They sure talked it up to me when I met with them.

I graduated in 2010. I had a great high school experience, Oak Hills provides great teachers, administration, and coaches to help guide young adults in the right direction for the rest of their lives.I have many positive memories involving Oak Hills that have left a lasting impression on me. Like all schools, you are going to have your problem students, drama starters and those with lack of motivation that do put a strain on the outlook of the school, But, Oak Hills has an good way to manage the students and keep things under control. Most alumni, Like myself pride to say that they are a Highlander and enjoy seeing the growth and positive things that Oak Hills does in our community and beyond.

This is a great school if your child wants to apply themselves,As usual, too much emphasis on sports. The influx of section 8 into the area has brought down the academics scores, unfortunately. The schools are only as good as the parents! My child had excellent teachers and AP opportunities!

Average school. Teachers actually showed they were more interested in the school stats than the students' grades. Several administators look like they are barely out of high school themselves.

I am a Wiccan High Priest whom attended this High School. I liked the education I had received from Oak Hills, but I did not like when they banned the wearing of my Pentacle (a symbol of my belief) because they thought it was Satanic. They did not however ban the wearing of all religious symbols, so they did violate my First Ammendment Right to Freedom of Religion. When I threatened to contact the ACLU about a certain teacher whom tried to make me take my Pentacle off, they let me wear it until I changed schools. For this incident, I give this school a negative 100 rating.

I love the fact that the teachers and administrators are invested in my children's education. They do not hesitate to contact me for any reason and I LOVE IT!!!
