We put our 3 kids at Notre Dame at the start of the 2020 school year and have been completely impressed by the staff, curriculum and quality of education they have received. We will not be returning to the public school system in Chico as it doesn't compare. Our kids are excited about learning, their teachers care about them and are even supportive of their activities outside the classroom. While we are not Catholic we have been impressed and the positive values our children are developing after only a year here.

NDS has been an amazing experience for my son. He feels loved and supported every single day. The families are all warm and welcoming. My son is able to excel both socially and academically because of the culture of the school. It is truely a "family".

Notre Dame creates a nurturing learning environment and offers very strong academics, hard-working and caring teachers and a close-knit community of parents. Our daughter is very happy at NDS.

We just finished up our second year at NDS and my daughter could not be doing better. She loves the teachers, friends and the activities/sports offered. The NDS families have been welcoming and helpful. NDS is a Chico gem.

Notre dame is an terrible school. Yes the academics aren't bad but the environment is. When I went to nds I wasn't included until about 3 months later. I would hear bad words said about me and the principal would not do anything about it. My family places a compliant about a staff member and she could not be more rude. Moreover, my other friend has also left nds because she was being threatened by the principal. While in her office she tells me, "ever since you two girls showed up this is the first time we have been hearing about this". She accused me and my little sister of lying. For the same education you can homeschool your child. By the way the only reason I put 1 star is because I had to.

Notre Dame Is the best of the best. Christian values, excellent academics and a family atmosphere provide for a wonderful education!
