I cannot say enough good things about this school. My daughter attended CORE Butte High School all 4 years of High School. We were able to customize her classes to work with her learning style and her schedule to work with her Dance training schedule. The teachers she had were wonderful. My daughter gained a love of learning at this school! The principal is so great and knows the kids by name! I could not have asked for a better High School experience for my daughter! She absolutely loved CORE Butte High School!

CORE is an outstanding school. Not everyone is interested in homeschooling but, if you are this is the school for you.

I went to CORE for three years of high school and eventually graduated from here. Although I'm sure I was hard to deal with, because of my lack of responsibility and focus at times, they always treated me with respect, and encouraged me with kindness and attention, so I was able to thrive and grow a lot in not just my education, but my character as well. They offer classes that you don't normally get in a public school. Most of their classes actually help prepare their students for the future, with further education in many areas that are NEEDED for students graduating. I'm so grateful that my parents chose CORE for me. I took it for granted at times, but I'm very happy with what they offered me. I had three different personal home room teachers, that had many different students to tend to, but they ALWAYS made me feel important and capable. With that being said, you could not choose a better school for your child. Core is perfect.

I highly recommend CORE to anyone looking for a tailored, comprehensive and compassionate educational experience. It allows my daughter the freedom to excel in a supportive non-judgemental environment. Her teacher doesn't know her as a set of test scores but as an individual with unique desires and interests which she encourages with customized excursions and unique report requests. It's amazing! The perfect blend of home based studies and on site course work.
