I love St. Sylvester. My son has been enrolled since kindergarten. He’ll be ending his 1 grade year and entering into the second grade. My son has grown so much emotionally, socially and spiritually. I love the togetherness, and appreciate all the time the teachers and staff make to contribute to my son’s success.

The teachers are not only attentive and caring, but they truly teach the value of kindness and compassion. The sense of community at the school is unmatched, with older students always looking out for the younger ones and setting a great example.Connecting with other families at the school has been such a blessing. We have formed wonderful relationships with parents who share our values and beliefs, and it's been so nice to have that support system in place.Overall, I am so grateful that my daughters are able to attend such a nurturing and enriching school. I truly believe it has had a positive impact on their development and character, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a school that prioritizes academic excellence, moral values, and a strong sense of community.

With my child coming from a day care setting, I felt that she did not learn much during preschool 3. There were a lot of days she complained about kids crying and not letting her sleep at nap-time…mind you this is from a group of kids that may have been isolated due to Covid-19. Also, I did not receive much information at all about what was taught during the school day—emails were sent out sporadically. However, now in preschool 4 I get all types of communication from printouts to emails and friendly reminders from the teacher. In her school folder, the teacher also sends some homework sheets that are optional. It’s like night and day.

My daughter has attended St.Sylvester since PreK 4 and now is in 6th grade. It’s been a family tradition as her cousins are both graduates of the school as well. We love it because it’s more than just a school it’s a community that comes together as a family. Teachers and parents are all amazing!

Our family absolutely loves St Sylvester School. My son is in 2nd grade and we love his teacher. She has very high standards for her students, and it's clear she really cares about them. We also love the school staff and the way they treat us. The St Sylvester community feels like a family to us - which is really important, since we live away from ours. In terms of religious formation, I couldn't be happier as well. I myself learned a lot about the faith since my son started studying there. At the same time no one is forced to become a Catholic - our family wasn't religious at all when we first enrolled our son in kindergarten. It's safe to say our lives have much improved since we became part of the St. Sylvester family. We are beyond grateful.

My daughter started here this past school year in Pre-k and couldn’t be more happy with our school selection! The teachers are all very attentive, she loves the school environment and we have had no issues. Also love that they offer before and after care!

St. Sylvester has been amazing to my daughter. She is eager and excited to go to school everyday. She loves her teachers and learning new things ! I can’t wait to watch see what the future holds for my daughter ?

This is my son’s second year at the school and he loves it, he knows all his teachers and classmates. Staff is good and friendly. Very helpful. Glad we made the decision to put my son in this school. As for my daughter, this is her first year at St. Sylvester 3rd grade. The teacher made it super easy for her transition, and my daughter felt comfortable. Amazing teacher who care, and great support for her educational goals

It is my sons first year at St.Sylvester & I enjoy how community based and family oriented the school is. I have recommended the school to coworkers, neighbors etc. My son will definitely be staying here for years to come (god willing)

St. Sylvester has truly been a second home for my kids, where teachers and staff create a wonderful environment of community. The emphasis in french learning and personal growth through the catholic values have been an important factor in early child development. We love the school, the activities, the community and the impact it makes on Silver springs and surrounding areas.

The overall experience is pretty good and the community is good also. The teachers are always very nice and helpful. They always believe in you and they know when can and when you can’t do something. You truly learn a lot because of the way they explain the skills that are being taught. The specials teachers are amazing too.

My child has attended for five years. She is thriving, and every adult she meets is astonished by her intelligence. I attribute this to their curriculum, discipline, and love for every student.

My son just started PK-4 after many years in private daycare/preschool (Green Bean Day School). I was curious to see how he would transition to a more "formal" school environment. His older sister attended two different Catholic preschools (St Edwards / St John Berchmans) so was curious how this would go compared to that. We are just about two months in and we absolutely LOVE St Sylvesters - the school is a little smaller with a very tight community. Teachers and administrators are tremendously attentive and caring - always happy to help with a warm smile. My son is absolutely in love with school and is excited to get there every day. His teacher is fantastic - very experienced veteran who has been able to channel my son's love for learning. Also great after school program - he's playing soccer, meeting new friends and is connected to a 3rd grader "buddy" who helps him out. I've got lots of experiences to compare this to with my older child, and this has been fantastic from day one. Thank you St Sylvester for welcoming us with such love.

This is my first year at this school with my son, and from the very first day the staff was super helpful. His teacher is amazing and resourceful. We love it!
