This is one of the worst schooly son was being bullied and would cry to go and they did nothing also he has a disability and he needs an assistant to be w him all time but nothing by far the worst ever and the principal should be replaced the only helpful one is ms.avila she’s amazing

As an alumni of Avondale Logandale and a current teacher I have seen the school go through an amazing transformation over the past 15 years! The teachers and the staff are very dedicated to ensuring that their students are successful! The school offers so many opportunities for students that was not offered when I went to the school. The school itself has become avid certified which means that all teachers and staff are trained to teach your child strategies on how to be organized and be college and career ready. The school also offers a dual language program in English and Spanish, as well as fine arts classes such as theater, art, chorus, band, and sewing classes. The school also offers many sports programs in football, soccer, volleyball, cheerleading, etc. Come and check out Avondale Logandale elementary school to give your child the best education Avondale/Logan Square has to offer!

This school has a lot of stuff that helps the kids to succeed and has great teachers. the school is also in good conditions

I am both a former student and family member of a current student. The school and its teachers have always helped students excel, knowing details about every student and personally helping them with tasks such as applying to high school. The school has improved a lot since I was a student. There seems to be a greater sense of community and more activities/classes available for the students' personal and intellectual enrichment.

This is the second child of mine which attends this school. And i have several other family members who habe attended. It has aleays been a good school and over the years we’ve seen major improvements as it has risen in cuty wide ranking. They offer great bilingual services and my child always felt safe attending class. The teachers were always well prepared and helped create a sense of community and belonging even during the pandemic

If you have a problem with your kid at school they would take care of it. Had experience it. My 3 Kids love the school. And as a parent I did too attended from my first grade to eight in my young age.

I would not recommend the administration does not care about the students and education wise my kid didn’t even have a science class or history class. Does not take bullying seriously

This school is improving because of the commitment of the administration and the teaching staff. Principal Roman is a great leader and is available to her students as well as parents. This school has an incredible amount of activities that challenge and encourage our students who attend. The community is in transition and improving. If you value diversity and community involvement join this school on the rise.
