    Weak leadership since the school opened has led to high teacher turnover and a missing sense of community! Teachers and parents who offer ideas for improvement are routinely dismissed by the principal. Good/great teachers have left the school in numbers much higher than the rest of LPS and the principal is known for twisting the truth and even outright lying to pto and accountability committees! I heard the current principal plans on retiring spring 2025… I’m hopeful new leadership can build a true community that makes LPS schools some o f the most desirable in the state! The students deserve an joyous elementary school experience to build upon!
