This is our family’s experience: This school seems to be soft on kids who are disruptive and threaten harm on other kids. The school also doesn’t set standards for what teachers need to communicate to parents, and most of the years we have had brand new teachers who lack communication skills and do not keep parents informed. Teachers who do not speak Spanish end up with multiple Spanish speaking kids in their class and have to constantly stop teaching to use google translate to accommodate. Not impressed with this school as we’ve experienced nothing but problems.

This is first year for my twin kids. We have observed tremendous progress as compared to our friends kids of similar age groups. Most of them go to private schools. This is a mega size as compared to other schools and has been doing phenomenal since new principal took over. We hope to see it rated 10 pretty soon.

My child attended this school 2nd -4th grade. During that time there was one teacher who really truly helped my child and followed the IEP. His 4th grade experience was nothing short of a nightmare. After many months of expressing my concerns for poor grades long struggling nights of homework I was informed that the school had not been following the IEP. This school was a major disappointment and I could have sued them for not following the IEP. Instead I switched schools and my child ended up be held back a year. We found an excellent school and he is now bringing home A's and B's. The new school will not pull out during other subjects for IEP help either but Cloverdale does causing the child to miss other subjects like sciene and history. Unacceptable !!!!
