- Submitted by parent on November 28, 2024My child has been a student at Midwest for 3 years. In that time, he has learned an immense amount in every class. When I ask him which class is his favorite, he says EVERY class is his favorite! There are just 8 students in his grade which has allowed him to make close friendships and get individualized attention to his academic needs. The teachers are well versed in teaching our unique kiddos and they really go the extra mile to use creative and fun techniques to ensure they are learning and making progress. A wide variety of electives and extracurriculars are offered from art, tae kwon do and choir and drama to the annual spring musical. There is also a huge assortment of after school clubs and even summer camps. As a parent, I love sending my son to a school where the teachers understand him, care about his well being and are willing to work as a team with parents to ensure a students success. My son loves going to school at MWA, so we plan to keep him there for many years to come.
