My daughter and son went to this school and they loved it. The staff and the lunch are really good and the counslers are so joce and helpful and the principal and vice principal (Prnicipal ms Cassie Morton) vice principal Gregory dr. Cox

That teachers here have a true passion for teaching and try to engage their students. My daughter goes to this school, and she truly loves it. The classes are taught in a fun way, and this is a very safe school. They have an excellent extracurricular program, and due to proximity to the tech jobs, there are a lot of kids whose parents are from different parts of the world, it is great for my daughter to get exposed to such diversity at young age.

Very supportive staff and teachers. My kids joined school in the last of school year. Teacher and school did warm welcome and ramp uk kids with class with in the week and kids felt they were in class like beginning. I am glad my kids joined Fernwood school.

Overall Schooling experience is good. There are many good kids (academically advanced) in the school if nurtured well by school and school district will score good in the every test. Teachers are kind and supportive. Teachers took extra effort teaching kids in pandemic. There is YMCA within school which is helpful. Community involvement can become better.

My 8 yr old daughter has started her schooling in Fernwood and continues to be in this school. While teacher experience was not that great for kindergarten it significantly improved in Ist and IInd grades. Churn in the school leadership and overcrowding because of the ever growing population in Bothell is something that the school needs to address. Academically, this school is certainly good and welcoming to students from a wide spectrum of ethnicity/race, and financial backgroud. There is an in-campus YMCA afterschool program which is really helpful for working parents.

Fernwood is a great elementary school!!My kids go there and we have had a great experience so far! They do have some portables because the school id overflowing with kids.
