Great! The staff is excellent. There are many field trips. Kids are always learning something new.

We moved from Pensacola, FL because the schools there were horrible -- violence, sexual assaults, teachers who didn't care about students -- it was terrible and dangerous, and we had lived in one of the nicer areas there. Moving to Boone was the best thing we could have done. One of our children is 504 (ADD) and the school assigned an entire team of people who worked closely with her to make sure she was getting the special attention she needed. She went from almost being held back in our Florida school, to testing higher than most of the children at her current grade level by the end of the school year. The opportunities this school offers are amazing and the teachers and staff are the best in my opinion.

This school has been absolutely amazing. The principal and teachers truly care about their students and make sure they do their best to help them succeed. Mr Norman, the principal greets the students and parents by name each and everyday. Kristi in the office is just as amazing. Small close knit school. Teachers learn quickly who you are, even if your child is not in their classroom. I'm super sad that we are leaving such a great school. Nothing will compare to Green Valley and the impact they've had on our family, especially being a military family with next to nothing for military in the area. We will miss this school and the friendships made here

I have five children that attend Green Valley. All of the teachers my children have had and especially the special education teachers are excellent. They work fervently to make sure their students learn. The principal is very caring and a great leader, not afraid to joke with the students but also demands respect and is not hesitant to be firm with the students when they need it. He greets every student by name every morning and genuinely cares about the education and personal growth of each student. I have found Mr. Norman to be very fair and kind. I can't say enough good things about Green Valley and I'm very sorry to be leaving.

GVS has been a great experience for our children and us, as parents. I have been impressed with the devotion the teachers have to the students, as well as the leadership in the school.

Poor Leadership! The teachers are amazing and care a great deal about their students but the Principal is a bully and targets children and parents without hesitation. Very untrustworthy. I guess anti- bullying doesnt apply to the "leader"!
