It is sad how this school is run and I encourage other Muslim parents to read and understand what you are signing up for. I enrolled my daughter to this school for 9th grade in August 2024. It went as expected - 1) Islamic environment which is good to see 2) Small school, limited resources - which is fine, it was expected 3) Small class size which is also good. The negatives:1) Financial policy - I withdrew my daughter from the school 2 days into the school year because she had major issues with the school. The school policy for withdrawing is that 50% of tuition is charged if you withdraw before November 30th. So if you withdraw a student on day 2 of the school year versus day 90 of the school year, you are charged the same withdrawal fee. This policy makes no sense at all which is why it leads me to believe this school is focused on making money more than anything. Very sad to see fellow Muslims take advantage of parents.2) The car pickup line is very long. Plan to spend 45 min - 60 min picking up your students. The drop off is fine.3) 9th grade thru 12th grade are in one small classroom - This makes little sense as well. How can four different classes be instructed simultaneously four different subjects and grade levels. Never made sense to me. This is not how a high school is supposed to work.4) No AP courses for highschoolers5) Lack of communication from the principal - Absolutely zero responses to any emails. My advice - I have dealt with Islamic schools all of my life (I went to one for KG-12th myself). Know what you are signing up for. It is a small school and good for Islamic curriculum/hifdh, but their financial policies are awful, and their non-Islamic curriculum and management are questionable.

As a parent, I am delighted to share my experience with Furqaan Academy School. My first born child, Amani attended this school and had an amazing experience. The education and care provided by the school were of the highest quality, and I could see the positive impact it had on my child’s overall development and understanding islam.Currently my 5yr old is enrolled in Pre-K and also loves the teachers. It makes me happy to see my child thriving in such a nurturing and academically environment. One of the things that I have found to be exceptional about Furqaan Academy is the courteousness of the staff and the principal. The teachers have always shown kindness and respect towards me as a parent, which has made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend Furqaan Academy to any parent who is looking for a quality education for their child in a caring and nurturing environment. I am grateful for the exceptional education and care that my children have received at this school, and I am confident that other parents and their children will also benefit from the school’s high standards and commitment to excellence.

Excellent Quran and Arabic program. My daughter was behind in her English but the teacher offered to stay back after school and give her extra time.

Don't recommend this school. not organized from principal to administrator to teachers. always traffic and long waiting to pick up my children. bad system and blame parents. admin always find faults at the students. change policy when they want to. Haait is a terrible principal, not nice and bossy. dont send your kid here, you will regret. school quality, very average. nothing special, no tarbiyah because teachers and admin need the tarbiyah more than the students. too much yelling and scolding. the school looks good on the outside because they have good marketing department from furqaan foundation . please find other islamic school

Some reviews came from the school employees/family/friends. Beware of good reviews. Lack of management in administration, lack of leadership by the principal, principal really need to do leadership training and anger management course, administration officer is very combative with parents and students, admin use more emotions than professionalism, lots of threats to students and parents, always use negative tone to kids and parents. Parents are not your children. We understand so well when you remind us with something, threats are not necessary. Made up their own rules whenever they wish. Neat picking every small thing. Teachers/amin show less respect to students, dont expect the same. Only 1 good teacher in the entire building. All good teachers have left this school. Not recommended this school.

We had thought of homeschooling our kids when Furqaan Academy came as a blessing to our community. It has an excellent quran and arabic program along with other subjects. With its daily struggles it strives to achieve great heights each passing year.
