We invest in a Catholic School education for our two children because, in a world where there are so much noise and confusion, we want our children to be able to create a level of love and respect for their faith. But most of all, to have a safe place to come to and get the best education possible. Beyond that, St. Francis Parish School is a great Catholic school. The overall loving and kind educational environment our children are going to be raised and taught in, I firmly believe, will improve their morals and reinforced their character development. Not to mention the excellent and responsive teachers and staff that I have come to enjoy, and I would expect from a private and religious Catholic education.

We love St. Francis Parish School. It has been our educational and spiritual home since moving to the Central Valley. We started in the preschool and now both of our kids are in elementary school. They are both excelling and very happy.

Having had children at all stages of the school, I would rate the preschool experience and lower grade experience as wonderful and full of great memories. Jr high English and Math are strong, but continued work is needed to strengthen science, literature, foreign language and study skills.

I am so grateful for St. Francis! We moved to town two years ago, yet my children feel like they have been a part of this community since pre-school!

This school has a dedicated, caring staff that actively collaborates to ensure academic growth for students. The administration is fair, proactive, and supportive. St Francis School takes its mission to teach the Catholic faith seriously. There is a family atmosphere on campus which makes for a welcoming, peaceful experience. Class sizes are small and aides are available in every grade. This allows more individualized attention for students. I very much recommend this school.

My family is very happy at SFPS. The sacrifices we make to give this opportunity to our children are beyond just "worth it". SFPS is a loving, faith-filled environment that, truly contributes to student's spiritual development. It is such a comfort to us knowing that our children are safe and in an environment that is run with priorities that are "close to home" for us. Also, there is such a variety of things for our kids to get involved with, we simply can't do them all! An overall great academic experience!

St. Francis Parish School is one of the best schools in our community. Not only can students and staff grow academically and spiritually, but they can do so while freely worshiping our Lord and Savior.

My family thrives at St. Francis School and Church. At the school, my children engage in a variety of faith-based and academically enriching activities. Our school also encourages participation in sports, Scouting, Challenge Girls, Chess Club, Homework Club, Talent Show, Battle of the Books, Book Worms, Accelerated Reader, Academic Decathlon, ASB, Project Lead the Way, Drama, Choir, British Film and Tea Club, Yearbook Club, Stock Market Challenge, oral language events, Camp Keep and the Science Fair. Our Parish is frequently the host of special holiday events where our students participate in celebrations such as a Christmas Concert, All Saint's Day, monthly school Mass, Scout Mass, First Holy Communion, Confirmation and Graduation. Our Administration (staff) are friendly and our school office is welcoming. Our teachers are good! They take on a number of enrichment tasks and are active in the Church, as well. Father Craig is present at most school events, is on campus frequently throughout the week and makes guest appearances at the "A" Street gate to help students get from their car into school. He is a great leader and tries to facilitate a ton of requests! We also have the experience of seeing several clergy at the school monthly for Confession. Sister Cris is also on campus for religious education, prayer and general family support. We also have a PTO, which works tirelessly to host annual events such as the Open House, New Parent Welcome, St. Albert's Day, Mother/Son Skate Night, Father/Daughter Dance, Pot of Gold, classroom holiday parties and Fun Day. The PTO also volunteer their time and talent to facilitate initiatives for the Sun & Safety Committee and the Awards Committee. Father Craig, the Administration, PTO and Board all work together to support the school. Our family is blessed to be a part of such a nice faith-based and friendly community. Being at St. Francis is like having an extended family...that you want to spend time with!

I would not recommend this school at all. There is so much political turmoil at the school and have at least 4 "leaders" leading the school. LOW teacher moral---teachers are depressed and just run down. The priest is no where to be seen on campus, lies, and treats the employees horribly, and does not know students and parents, except the ones who have money. What I have personally witnessed: parents in the droves have pulled their children out, and so have I. The school needs to have an overhaul: a major overhaul.

What an awesome school... It's a place that you feel safe leaving your kids everyday. You know that they really do care about them in every way. They truely do love their students. I have a child that is ADHD and they have went out of their way big time to work with us to help him get a handle on things. Everyone works together for the good of all the students from the administration to the custodians. I was not raised Catholic, My wife was. And we are most certainly on the low end as far as income goes compared to most of the other parents but we are treated as family at St. Francis Parish School. It's a great place to grow into life as a wonderful person with actual Morals and respect for all people. My kids are completly "Color Blind" how cool is that?

l like this school my kid spent most of her schoolyears here, the thing i don't appreciate is that they give more value and recognition to those students who they entitled "St.Francis Court" but hey did not give recognition to those students who worked very hard and won the Academic Decathlon over all the Diocese of Fresno.
