My family and I have just moved to the neighborhood of Wahneta from Sebring. My son is in 1st grade and at 2 previous school Fred Wild Elementary and Kindergarten was at Kindergarten Learning Center. And his teacher from KLC school tried saying to me that my son wouldn't be going on to 1st grade cause he's to far behind in class. Plus he don't know his numbers, sight words, & did not pass end of year tests needed to go onto next grade!! I was FURIOUS, I asked to speak to the Principal , once I got ahold of the Principal I asked if there's anyway that my son could be re-tested cause I know for a fact that my son know ALL the required sight words and some of the second grade words too!! He was re-tested and passed with flying colors!! Long Story short my son struggled so much at those schools the teachers are NO good and since relocating with him & starting at Wahneta Elementary just before Thanksgiving Break He's doing Awesome!! I'm so Thankful and I Appreciate the Dedication Wahneta Elementary has for their students and their willingness to go the extra mile for them!!

Love Wahneta elementary. My both my daughters went to this school. One still in wahneta, last year. Great staff, alot of support, good report with parents. Excellent education and very caring.
