This school has a family feel to them. All of the teachers care about care about the students and keep track of them as they go to older grades.

I would reccomend Snively Elementary without a doubt. The atmosphere is nurturing and since it is a smaller school - it feels like family. The teachers continue to care about and check on their students even when they have gone on to upper grades. The school is older - but thanks to the butterfly garden and the murals - it is a very pretty and pleasant place to learn.

This school has always been a great school. The teacher and staff work at this school because they live what they do. I went to school here in the 90s I can say I learned alot of values that I have carried through out my life. My children go here and I wouldn't have it any way. My children get to see what the real world people look like and im glad that being a small school it's more like a family.

This school has a warm and caring "family" atmosphere that truly loves its students. Great teachers and administrators!

This school is horrible! I went there when I was a kid (2000-2004) and it was bad, but my nephews go there now and every day they come home sad or covered in bruises. A teacher shook one of my nephews and said "you better f***ing anwser me!" And the school did nothing! I could keep going but I can only type so much here, needless to say I would NEVER recommend this school to any parent..... unless you want Your child verbally and physically abused.

My kid attends kdg here and it's very disorganized, teacher expects parents to go online to give child schoolwork, kids are put in lunchroom and expected to know where to go at classtime, again kdgs who are mixed in with much older/larger kids during mealtimes. Open house was a disaster, no relevent info given on your kid's progress, just watching a 15 short movie on reading a report card, very poor school, some teachers are kind, most are just plugging along wating until they can retire...

terrible...from the very first day my child attended it has been miserable, one problem after another...no help from anyone...no one seems to know what another is doing...the teacher yells at the students, there is no "play time" (this is kindergarten mind you), and the teacher called my child ugly in front of all the other students after making a point to call others handsome and beautiful! Needless to say, my child will not be returning to this school!

Unfortunately I cant say I rate the school 5 stars... this is my daughters first yr there, shes a first grader. The second day of school my daughter was misplaced or not found as they call it.. the security of the school is ridiculously poor, to bad there is no way I could transfer her to another school due to the zone requirement. this makes my days shakey. I would not recommend this school to anyone at all.

I went to Snively when I was in Elementary School (1991-1998) (Pre-K to 6th grade). It was the best years of my life. The teachers and administrators were amazing.
