principal Weiss is afraid to deal with conflict resolution with children. Her and her staff allows bullying and sexual harassment to occurs with in the children. They do not believe in suspension or holding children accountable for their actions. There is no family engagement in school activities for the year 2022-2023. If you are minority, you are not welcomed here at this school. They do not celebrate diversity.

We have had a great 2 1/2 years with this school. Every staff members (Principal, teachers, custodians, admins, para-educators, librarians, support staff) and parents have been great. The school has a great PTO and I love how involved parents/staff are with the kids education, well being and safety. It is very easy to communicate with the teachers in and out of class. I knew Ms. Weiss when she was the Asst. Principal at the elementary school our older boys attended over 10 years ago. I loved her then and I am so grateful that she's the principal at this school with our youngest boy. We are so sad that we're moving and leaving C.W. Dillard, but feel blessed and grateful to have been a part of this wonderful school and great community!

Dillard Elementary is a great school. The teacher/parent relations are very close in/out of class. My daughter has excelled in all areas due to the dedication of the teacher and their passion for teaching. We are proud to say that we have had 3 generations attend this great school.

Staff is fantastic with very involved parents. I raised both my children here and am very pleased. Could not be better!
