Amazing! Our daughter was not sure about going to an all-girls school, but she is very happy she did. She will attend Georgetown in the Fall and is prepared academically and mentally to take on this next challenge in her life.

We knew when we saw the "school on that hill" that it appeared something special was up there. Cut to a few years later and our daughter is finishing her Freshman year and our hunch could not have been more spot on. We, the parents, and my daughter as the student are absolutely thrilled with the overall package. From academics, to faculty, to sports, to the overall message of the Mount when you step on campus...all top notch. I know these four years are going to fly by and we are all going to hang on a little tighter knowing what a good thing we have going and can't imagine how we could get this magic again.

The Mount has surpassed our expectations especially during this pandemic. The communication, support to students, online instruction, and overall approach to education at this critical time has been superior. Other schools should take a lesson.

In this crazy Covid19 pandemic, the Mount simple excels. We have been blown away with the quality of online instruction that our daughter is receiving from the Mount. They were the most prepared of any school to jump right into online learning. In more "normal" times - the Mount doesn't have snow days - when it snows all the students are required to be logged in an "in virtual classrooms" by 8AM. When Covid hit, the school didn't skip a beat. Our daughter is the youngest of four kids who are all in school (2 high school, 2 college). Her courses are the most rigorous in nature and the most professionally done of all of her siblings. There also seems to be a real balance with the social support she is receiving from the Mount Community. Sister Lisa is a calming influence and a stellar leader - the entire mount staff models her mental toughness and caring professionalism. It makes us even more satisfied with our investment in a Mount education.

Wow are we blessed and grateful to have found this wonderful school for our daughter! She is THRIVING in this environment, doing well academically, involved in activities, and developing wonderful friendships. When your child tells you she finally "feels at home" and "where she belongs" in regards to her school, that's pretty powerful. We love how the young ladies here are really encouraged to develop to their individual full potential, are given many opportunities to participate in a wide variety of school activities, and all present themselves as articulate, confident, compassionate, and caring young women.

The Mount has something for everyone! Strong academics, competitive sports teams, lots of wonderful events and clubs! The one thing, as a parent that really stands out, is there fantastic college prep. The girls are helped every step of the way to prepare for their college applications and beyond. Go Mount!

The Mount has been a fantastic school for my daughter. At first we were hesitant to have her in an all girls school - but it was the best decisions. The girls tend to focus better and gain confidence while doing so. My daughter has an amazing group of friends - not only through basketball, but has made many friends within classes and clubs. So happy with our decision!

Mount has been a true blessing for my daughter. She is growing and thriving and has an amazing group of friends from wonderful families. Mount offers so many extracurricular activities (athletic, academic, theatre/arts/dance, hobbies/interests and so much more). There is something for everyone at Mount and your daughter will have a difficult time choosing! The campus & facilities are top notch. This school thoroughly prepares its students for college and life!

Simply outstanding. We have one daughter who is thriving in college (largely due to the direct, positive impact of her Mount experience) and another who is currently at Mount and is also becoming her best self. What I've loved about Mount is that students learn in so many ways, and not just academically. The maturation that I've seen in my daughters, and how Mount has positively influenced how they've have dealt with both success and the occasional disappointment, are excellent LIFE-oriented elements of the Mount education that a parent realistically cannot put a price on. The Mount is an excellent choice for parents interested in the holistic education and growth of their daughter(s).

I am a parent of a senior and sophomore and I can only say that my husband and i were pleasantly surprised at the quality education and the spiritural enrichment that our girls are receiving from the Mount. I am 100% confident that my girls will leave this school feeling that they are ready to take on whatever challenges they face during college/university and life experiences. We HIGHLY recommend this school!

The thoughts of high school can be very scary especially when it is your first child going! I was no different. My daughter started her high school career at a different high school than the MSMA. We quickly determined it was not a good fit. Academics can be challenging for her but She is a hard worker. She came into MSMA as a sophomore and I cannot explain the transformation. From an academic perspective… After back to school night I wanted to go there! The teachers are extremely well accomplished most have earned Masters and PHDs and continue to their credentials in many ways. The teachers talked about it being critical for them to find their voice during this time, articulate their thoughts, comfortable to self-advocate now and in college and in life. Wanting them to be comfortable to push their academic and personal boundaries and challenging these ladies to achieve more than they think they can do. I can honestly say the promises at Back to School night came to fruition her sophomore year. Junior year is starting off just as impressive! Recently my daughter went to do an assessment at IVY to determine what test she should take ACT or SAT. As soon as the counselor heard my daughter went to MSMA his response was, ‘well I do not have to worry about her writing skills or grammar, whatever they do up there these girls know their grammar and how to write’. Looking at Athletics and Clubs there are so many to choose from, but if not you can create it. It is an amazing opportunity for leadership, taking initiative, influencing, negotiating and making friends. My daughter is not an athlete though many of her friends play: lacrosse, soccer, basketball, cross country etc. Many sports at MSMA are competitive. However last year she decided to try out for a sport and made the team and had a great time. Finally, social perspective…my daughter hit the jackpot with an amazing group of girls. They are all driven to work hard in school, be kind and evenly balance it with having fun! They have expanded their social group through service trips with St Joseph’s in Metuchen or going to sporting events at St Joseph’s, Seton Hall, etc. Clearly, I highly recommend MSMA!

We have frequent discussions about how happy we are that our daughter chose to go to the MOUNT. Having incredible role models at the helm, and the sisterhood vibe with her peers has been nothing short of amazing. The work load and expectation is preparing her for life away from home - wherever she may go - in a way I couldn't have imagined.

We are very happy with our experience at Mount Saint Mary's. In addition to challenging my daughter academically, they are also focused on her growth into adulthood. The staff and, most importantly, the other girls are very supportive. Having come to the Mount from a public school, we are impressed at the emphasis on moral, spiritual, and social development during the most formative years of her life.

On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate my experience at Mount Saint Mary's Academy with a 5. Every day I witness the positive influence bestowed on the students and the friendly co-operative environment.

Our daughter is a sophomore and is having a wonderful experience at Mount. She is challenged by the coursework and is thriving in the all girls' environment. What she consistently remarks on is the how everyone treats each other with kindness and respect, no matter what grade you are in. We are very happy with our decision to send our daughter here.

My daughter is very happy with the Mount. She knew from the first visit that this was the school for her. She said that the students and teachers were very welcoming and friendly and that the atmosphere was positive and happy. The Mount is well balanced, the girls are encouraged and supported to get involved in many activities which fosters friendships and sisterhood. Academically, she is challenged but not stressed. I would highly recommend Mount Saint Mary Academy.

Our daughter has had an amazing experience at the Mount. At first, she was apprehensive about leaving her friends behind at the local public school system but she found her Mount classmates were welcoming and the staff was amazingly supportive. She had unbelievable experiences in developing her love for economics and got a chance to compete at a national level debating economic policy for European Member States. She's been an active member in many clubs and sports, such as the literary magazine, field hockey team, swim team, peer advisory, and was supported in founding her own club on American Sign Language. The most significant outcome was her spiritual development and building a sisterhood with her classmates that will serve her over her lifetime.

Our family has had nothing but an amazing experience at Mount. I would confidently recommend this school! I know that my daughter is getting a TOP NOTCH education in a loving, nurturing environment. My daughter is encouraged to explore her place in the world and find her passions. Mount offers so many outlets in addition to academics: STREAM, Bloomberg lab, clubs, sports, Euro/Feb Challenge, chorale, band, theater, etc, etc. Mount is an amazing place!!
