We had a horrible experience here. The Principal could care less about the future of the school. The Vice Principal is good at acting like he's trying, but has not even one ounce of problem-solving skill. He thinks that being a bully will make people go away instead of facing real issues. The school is overcrowded and they are happy to "let kids go and find another school" because they truly cannot handle the workload let alone real life issues. The school covered up a serious incident and the Superintendant said there was nothing he could do to improve the safety of the children. These kind of people should NOT be in charge of decisions for the wellbeing of children. The person named in the incident got to one of the kids at school and the entire administration refused to admit it, didn't notify the parents AND refused to take measures to ensure the safety of the kids. The teachers are silenced by the male led administration and are told not to discuss anything with parents. It is an extremely sick and twisted environment that no child should ever have to experience.

Had a very traumatic experience to say the least. Very sad to say the school is ran by a very incapable principal who does not know how to handle issues at the school and instead opts to expel students instead of addressing issues with the teachers. Not a safe environment for minorities due to the lack of support from teachers and the counselor who is very incompetent to be conservative. There are some good apples, few, but overall due to the lack of good leadership the students often pay the price and no change takes place.

This is a review for middle school. Honestly this school used to be better, It used to have more after school clubs but now all If the clubs (which are few) are run by volunteers or teachers that do not have any education in what they are teaching. Also you must be aware that in one class the students are not allowed to drink water and in certain classes they are not allowed to go to the bathroom because the teachers see this as a distraction. Over all my favorite class is science because the teacher is very good, although he will be retiring next year. Then comes math and language arts. The social life in this school is basically the boys happily stay with the boys and the girls happily stay with the girls so if you send your child to this school he/she will have no trouble making friends.

Our family is very impressed with this school and felt we needed to leave a review. We have a son in kindergarten and another child about to enter VPK next year, and we couldn't be happier. Our son loves all of his teachers and is excited to go to school every day. He walks in so happy every day and greets everyone he can and it's the sweetest thing to watch. We've already recommended the school to friends who are considering switching from public to private schooling. Others may have had different experiences, and of course no one is perfect all the time but for us, our son's progress and happiness speaks for itself. We had some concerns in the beginning but they were resolved quickly and left us feeling even more supported. We've also enjoyed feeling like we are part of his school experience by being able to attend mass, courtyard meetings, and many other activities. You do NOT get this at public schools and after considering other private schools before deciding on Epiphany Cathedral months ago, we thank God we made the right choice. This school is truly special and our only wish is that it would go through 12th grade so we won't have to ever leave.

Mostly top notch and friendly staff. We really like the principal here, and feel that Epiphany will provide our children a high quality education.

We have three children and much experience with both public and private schools. This school provides an amazing, safe and family friendly environment for any child! Small classrooms provide focused learning. Our son has exceeded beyond expectations once we transferred from public schools. The teachers are engaging, provide structure in a loving and supportive fashion and the communication with parents is incredible. Our second grader loves his school and has gained amazing confidence. Two of our friends have now enrolled their children and we are all loving it. The fact that he also learns the Christian values every day is priceless. You won't regret this decision!

Epiphany is a hidden gem with a strong sense of community. Academics are excellent. Teachers go above and beyond to keep parents informed and involved. Make sure you take a tour and find out about this amazing school.

Have multiple children going to this school for the last five years. All will not be returning next year. Not worth the money. Teachers are great but new Principle is not. Has really gone bad since the new principle and church leadership took over. Average school at best for the price of a private school. Charter schools a better option.

This is a wonderful school! The teachers are very caring, they live their faith, which makes it a great atmosphere for our children. With new leadership there is always a time of transition, every school has it's ups and downs, positives and negatives. Overall I would highly recommend this school---keeping Christ in the center of our kids lives gives them the foundation to be successful in all they do.

We are done!!! We are not seeing any significant changes being made by the new principal. The school is advertising excellence in education when the curriculum has not improved. Quite frankly I have seen no changes worth mentioning. When you pay good money you expect to get what you pay for. The 'gateway' to the learning starts with kindergarten... this school is way below what other schools are teaching in kindergarten. Your child is not getting a good foundation right from the start. My advice to those of you looking at this school is to sit in classrooms at other schools and then compare. I will say, the best teacher and assistant they have in K through 2nd, is first grade. They are awesome.

Great school Great Sports Great science Great art department Great Parrish Great Community partners. My children have attended this Catholic school and it has been the best part of there lives. The problem with the web is so many can hide behind there computer and spew gossip and insults. The small school is Catholic based and provides a moral compass as well as a solid Blue Ribbon education. The greater issue has become that the non church going parents of some children attend who have not had to work as a result of mommy and daddys wealth and do not understand that boy and girl drama is not being a bully its life.Getting stuffed in a locker or racism is bullying and I have never seen or heard anything about bullys,in fact it is an insult to the children and parents who attend to say its not safe. If you value faith,America, community support and the Golden rule than this is your place. If you believe in gossip, rumors, whining and being a spoiled parent please move on and remember that the greatest trick the Devil ever played was to make you believe he does not exist, and as you can see from this persons review he does.

This School is a complete waste of money... Blue Ribbon? That is laughable... The curriculum is embarrassing, certain teachers are a disgrace.. Zero communication, bullying, inappropriate behaviors (other students) are not only tolerated, they are ignored. This is not a safe environment for any child. Think twice!!! What you see is certainly not what you get.. I write this on behalf of many upset parents....

Best school possible for catholic families. The teachers there really care about their students. Your child will definitely recieve a better education at ecs than at a public school.

This school doesn't deserve a Blue Ribbon. They give the children way too much homework and expect the parents to teach it at home. If I wanted to teach my kids I would of home schooled them and saved a lot of money. They have a web site for the teachers to let parents know what the agenda will be, but never seem to have the time or knowledge of how to post up coming assignments. The teachers seldom understand that all kids are not the same and if you don't meet up to there standards then your left behind. The staff does a poor job of laying out when and what they will be tested on or learning. They don't deserve their accreditation and it should be reviewed .What would Jesus say or do? Certainly not what they do!!! May God forgive them!!!

I was also asked to write a rewiew for this school when the Principal noticed we went from 5 to 4 star. Not sure how we can actually trust the reviews when they are in my opinion prompted.

The school has great teachers. Too much math homework, not enough Social studies homework. Needs more balance.
