Utterly disappointed in this school, especially after such high ratings. The school is dangerous for the kids. There are children stabbing other children with pencils, unsupervised special needs children, major bullying issues and complete lack of control from the teachers and administration. One teacher allowed a kid to have soiling accidents 4 times before deciding it was ok to reach out to parents. Teachers wait almost a month before reaching out to other parents about genuinely concerning incidents that should be addressed immediately. Not to mention the teaching methods are questionable at best and, call me old school, but the idea of no homework and the future possibility of kids having days off of school is frightening enough to make us leave the district entirely. It is surprising no one else has put in negative reviews. These numbers have not been updated since 2018. We have heard horror stories about the Vancouver city school district from Evergreen to Felida. If we weren’t concerned about our child’s immediate well being we would stay and make conversation with the district but we simply do not have the time. You have been warned!

This grandmother was very impressed by the outreach for preschool children. We attended the Friday morning event (the last for this school year) and watched as our grandsons (3 and 5) happily participated in the singing, listening and playing activities. The teacher was amazing -keeping the attention of these of preschoolers. We learned a bit about the readiness for school for our grandsons. So happy one will be entering kindergarten here in the fall.

My granddaughter absolutely loved her first year here coming from 3 years in the Evergreen School District. She wasn't sure she'd like the change, but she adapted quickly. Teachers, staff are excellent, she excelled in studies without being overloaded with homework, she was encouraged to use her creativity to learn, and most of all--she liked going to school. Can't beat the security in place too. It's a safe environment.

My children are thriving in this school. We get regular communication with teachers and staff. We've been in the area for two years and the difference is wonderful compared with our previous experience in Evergreen School district. I'm very happy with this school.

I have nothing but great things to say about Eisenhower. I am parent of a kindergartner. Principle Doug is all about students and his passion and love for kids and staff are amazing. PTA is very active and always finds a way to appreciate educators. The atmosphere is very respectful, friendly and safe. I would give 10 if I could!!
