This school has been truly responsive to my child. They love their teachers and enjoy the events provided by the school PTA. The school is small feel so it truly gives special attention my child needs.

The Principal truly cares about the kids and their academic success. She knows every kid by name, along with their strengths and areas that need improvement. As a result, the teachers follows her leadership and hands on style just the same. This is a great neighborhood school. It's the "Little Engine That Could"

The Principal and staff are very responsive. So far the teachers are doing an amazing job with my son. I have been given appropriate feedback that allows me to better assist my son with his academic growth and development. As a parent i am also offered many opportunities to be involved in school activities. So far i can say that I am very pleased.

This is a great school, with (for the most part) excellent teachers and a first class principal who is always responsive, and sets the tone for the rest of the school. Have had three kids attend the school, and two have since moved on to South HS. As in any other institution, there are some teachers from whom more could reasonably be desired, but they, thankfully are in the minority and are not a distraction to the otherwise great teaching staff. Low class size is another benefit to the school.

Excellent school!!! The principal has great leadership skills, is very energetic and involved in all activities of the school, the teachers give 500% and really do care, the music department is exceptional and the school has a very strong P.T.A.

Forest Road School is like a private school - - - small classes, personal attention and care for each student, teachers who really care, an amazing principal, an active PTA and a well-maintained and up-to-date tech environment. And all this for some of the lowest taxes on Long Island! We are lucky to have this school in our neighborhood and even luckier that our children then go on to South HS, which is also fantastic!

High level of PTA - a wonderful assett to this school. Safe, family friendly community.
