Burch is a great school. They highly encourage parent involvement and take extra steps to make sure that parents know exactly how to help their kids learn more and practice at home. Mrs. Herrington teaches first grade and is top notch. My son started the year at below standard levels for first grade reading and right at the standard for math. By the end of the year he was way above the standard proficiency for math and reading. I can't say enough great things about Burch so I'll just stop here.

This is an amazing school. I love the diversity and the love the staff has for their students. Mrs. Howe has made such an impact on this school and the morale. We love it!

Robert J. Burch Elementary is an outstanding school. It feels like a big family. Children are valued regardless of income or academic ability. My kids excel academically and participate in the gifted program, but it is important to my family that our children learn and grow in an environment that is supportive of all students. Burch provides that encouraging learning environment. I could not be happier.

I sent my daughter to Montessori for kindergarten and then we moved her to Burch for first grade. I was nervous about the transition but she has thrived at Burch. Her teacher is really effective. My daughter is reading and writing really well and is improving in math. Most importantly she loves learning and is excited about school.

Excellent!! I have two boys at the school and am a very active parent. Coming over from the Clayton County school district, this school is light years ahead in teaching and helping to build up the kids. Great school, great teachers, I can't ask for a better place for my children.

Robert Burch is a great Elementary School and is only getting better. This is evidenced by increased parental and community involvement driven by a fantastic staff. We're extremely happy and our daughters love going to school here!
