Both our girls went there before we moved and they loved the teachers. Kids were nice to each other. Great little school, building is older but overall outstanding elementary.

Greatest little school ever! Both of my boys attend this school. I previously had them at a school with high ratings and rated distinguished. In comparison, Torr Elem out rates that distinguished school any day of the week. The teachers are excellent, the curriculum makes sense and the Principal is awesome! Since my boys have attended Torr Elem, they have excelled socially and academically. Torr Elem is far more distinguished than any private school or distinguished school my boys have attended in the past. My daughter will start Kindergarten next year at Torr Elem. I wouldn't send her anywhere else!

Torrance Elementary School was an amazing school until budget cuts and the loss of an amazing principal brought it down. Now with 40 kids to a class and no aides to help the teachers it's scores are dropping instead of rising. I no longer recommend this school.
