There's so many good things to say about this school. We specifically located a house near this school in order for my child to attend school here. The school had good ratings five years ago and it's still going strong today. If you want everyone to know your kid and not feel lost amongst too many kids, this school is it. Everyone knows eachother and welcomes new kids. The school is small and you will feel comforted that the staff watches out for the safety and well being of your child. Bullying is quickly stopped and the older kids are taught to set an example for the younger ones. Academics get tougher as the years go by, but the teachers support you and quick to provide assistance. You will have to do your part too. This school is a lot about creating college bound kids and stresses the importance of it from such a young age. Lastly, again this school feels like a small community. There are tons of activities, celebrations, and the kids love it. Enjoy it, because the years went by so fast, and sad to say good bye.

The Lincoln Elementary community is a rare find! This school offers an outstanding staff who are always happy, friendly & ready to educate - which speaks to their awesome Principal, Mrs. Castleberry who does a fantastic job as a principal to the students and in supporting her staff. She helps to create an environment where teachers, staff & students feel cared about & important. The entire staff & the families of Lincoln help to create a close community where everyone seems to know everyone. No student gets left behind or forgotten at Lincoln. Lincoln Elementary is a great public school where your child will not only gain an exceptional education, but they will feel confident & encouraged along the way!

We love this school. Mrs. Castleberry is awesome. Teachers and staff are even more awesome! The parents are very supportive, respectful, helpful, and kind.

Amazing school! My children love Lincoln Elementary and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I really can not say enough about the Lincoln community, Principal Castleberry, and the teachers and staff. Everyone is so devoted to helping the students - there is definitely Aloha spirit at this school.

Excellent school! We have a gem of a school in this community, North Torrance. The staff, teachers and Principal Castleberry are wonderful. The principal always takes the time to chat with the students and you can tell they adore her when they run up and give her a hug. -You can even catch her dancing and singing with them during Friday assemblies. - how amazing is that?

I love this school! My two boys are in K & 1st grade here and I absolutely feel blessed they are part of such a great community of education. The principal, Mrs. Castleberry is smart, professional & a total sweetheart. My kids love this school. Lots of extra curricular activities, amazing teachers. 10/10

Great school, wonderful teachers, overall a very enthusiastic learning environment. My two kids love Lincoln and so do my husband and I. The staff is very professional and really interested in the welfare and academic progress of the students. I have met many like-minded parents-people willing to go the extra mile for the benefit of the children. This school offers a variety of on-site extracurricular activities, which is very convenient. This is a really great school, the pride of the North!

a great school for academics and social well being for my two kids who attend the school. It is such a positive school with great parental support. When I moved into the neighborhood, I can't tell you the umber of people who said they love the school.

Lincoln is an excellent school! My son has been attending Lincoln since kindergarten. Although he has special needs(autism) and is mainstreamed into the general classroom setting, the staff has been very accommodating and sensitive to his abilities, rather than "disability." His teachers have been very supportive and cooperative with us, as parents, to help our son reach his fullest potential. They provide the students with a curriculum that is both creative and challenging. The principal, Mrs. Castleberry, encourages all of the stakeholders of the school (staff, parents & students) to work together so that the students and the school will be successful. She has been the principal at Lincoln for six years and test scores have gone up every year. That's a testament of her hard work and dedication. Mrs. Castleberry and all of her staff at Lincoln are welcoming and treat everyone as if we are "family." My son will be culminating his elementary school years and continuing his next phase into middle school. We are saddened that he must leave such a wonderful environment. Our hope is that his middle school is just as great as Lincoln so that he may thrive as he did there.

Lincoln Elementary is a GREAT school! Mrs. Castleberry (the Principal) and her staff do an amazing job. The Principal and Teachers are focused on all aspects of my Child s development. They are welcoming and encourage parent involvement. One of my children has special needs and has an IEP; they are more than accommodating and have gone above and beyond to help us. Mrs. King is a WONDERFUL teacher and we are so thankful to have had her this year. My Children are happy at this school and so am I. LINCOLN ELEMENTARY IS THE BEST SCHOOL EVER!!!!!

Lincoln Elementary is best school in Torrance. Mrs. Castleberry, the teachers and staff go above and beyond to make sure the students are safe and well prepared to move on to the next grade. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the parent volunteers are the best! Love this school!
