Principal and administrator do not take responsibility for their mistakes. They do not take calls. They just send to the website to look up their staff emails.

I feel that the principal that they brought in this year does not care. My son was getting hit, kicked and cussed at by a student. When I kept confronting the teacher, he would say my son is bad and doesn't listen. I understand that but what does that have to do with my son getting hit. The principal seems annoyed when you call her. I now have a new incident where the teacher told me that the recess time is for him to defuse and relax so he can put on a smile again for the kids.....My son was going to take that away from him because he got into trouble. This school is back on its way of going downhill. Some teachers are amazing but currently I wouldn't blame them if they left. Everyday I am scared when I pick up my son that something happened to him, he seems to have become the target of bullies. And well their response is they are short staffed.......

I have been going to this school for 4 years. I'm in third grade.I think this is school is great. The teachers are firm when they need to be.I love the events we did a recycling, major hulu hoping, and at the end of the year we have a party! It doesn't need to improve it's perfect. But when you get in trouble you have to do pushupes pushupes!!!! Other than that it's perfect

Denker is under new leadership as of July 29, 2011, and the teaching staff is wonderful. It is a school you definitely want to checkout.
