This school teaches well, some teachers motivate and are friendly. Many students use vapes and are extremely racist, makes sense since the majority of the school is white or white washed. There where multiple shooting threats from some edgy kids which where shoved away in hopes of not concerning parents. Send your kid here if they're white, mainstream and (might) want to learn.

Nice school, they treat you like a person. The girls 5th grade bathroom has a camera in it through. The last stall in the 5th and 6th grade boys and girls bathrooms have holes and you can see who’s in that stall, but That’s because they’re in the old part of the school. The teachers here are good and can make learning fun. A couple annoying things are when you sign things saying you do not want your kid participating in something they probably don’t read it and just try anyways. I’m saying this because one time they tried to check my spine but my dad did not want my spine checked so when they were trying to check my spine I said I did not know they were checking spines today and they said oh ok and I was fine.

This school's no tolerance policy is non existent! My child has been cyber bullied, physically harmed, threatened and put in tears almost everyday. The principal "addressed" it by "talking to" the offenders. No punishment and more bullying for my daughter. Gone all the way up to the superintendent nothing.

Awful school. Too many kids, not enough individualized attention. Except for a few, teachers don't care about the students. School nurse is uncaring and will send students back to class with fevers. Principal is nice but the assistant principal has a really bad reputation and is mean and gossipy.

This school is mediocre at best. Teachers do not care about students who may need assistance with schoolwork. Teachers do not communicate with parents regarding assignments/grades. There is no online grade access (hello, it's 2014!). The school is being renovated, but until it's completed, students are in a moldy, broken school. Look to a different town if considering Stoneham.

I really feel comfortable sending my child to Stoneham Middle School. My child was well welcomed in this school by his teachers and the staff, his the transition went smoothly, knowing sometimes how difficult it is to be in a new school. We appreciate the quality of teaching, the curriculum, the respect students have towards each other, the conviviality of the parents. It is a first class school.
