Best school I've dealt with as a parent. Wish I was lucky enough to have gone there as a kid.

My daughter has been going to Lotus since she was in Kindergarten. She is currently in 4th grade. She loves the school overall and has made some wonderful lasting friendships. This school has offered my daughter a well rounded education and she is a "happy" girl who will miss the school when she graduates from 4th grade come August. Thanks Lotus School for my daughter's wonderful education and fun adventures.

This school is awful. I regret moving into this district, I greatly miss Woodland and we are looking into Spring Grove elementary as a replacement. Our sons education is going down hill with this school. They do not challenge students, they do belittle them, I'm not surprised by their low scores. Many of these children can barely spell, nevermind read!

This is a family orientaed school. Children here learm manners and morals. They have good after school programs and activities. We moved here from Des Plains and we love the school and especialy Matt Peters the principal. The principal is hands down easy to approach. At the other schools the principal and staff reported everything to the county and state. The principal here will work and cooperate with the parents instead of reporting everything to the state. We know this school looses about 4 points each year from it's ratings for not reporting childrens behavioral issues or discipline issues to the state. We are glad jen goes here and that we met Matt. Your kids do not need gym memberships or extra classes from a sports district since the school covers sports in school.

This is school is great and they focus on academics instead of Drama, arts and music. I love their real life interactions and future focus on technology.

We love this school they focus on Math, Science, Social Sciences, Social studies and English. If you want a school that focuses on Academics this is for you. If you want a school that focuses on Music, Arts, sports, humanties, clubs, activities, and other useless array of things than move to Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, Bolingbrook we moved from Kenilworth and before that Highland park Il they were all focused on enriching their schools and not our daughters. We're so glad we moved.

This school gave our daughters more attention and encouragement than their previous schools in Kenilworth, Glencoe, and North Barrington. We realized our daughter was being miss treated in the wealthiest areas. We are a mix raced couple i'm European and my Husband is from Japan. We have a combined incomes of over $100,000 per year. We wanted our children to have a great education and be safe. The poorer areas are not safe and the wealthier areas discriminate intentionally. The Fox lake area was the perfect fit for us it's safe and the people here are humble open minded and fair.

I am so happy with the teachers and staff at this school. My son is a new student there this year and I am so happy that we made the decision to move to the area. Their programs are geared toward all learners fast and slow, advanced or behind. I am proud to say my son goes to Lotus!

We love Lotus! My child started attending lotus this year after 3 years at a local private schol. We were extremely unhappy with the private school when it came to academics and their expectations of the teachers. I wish we would have switched to Lotus sooner! Both of my children's teachers are highly qualified and kind. My daughter is excited to go to school in the morning and I feel good about sending her to Lotus. I

I am very happy with Lotus School. Both Administration and Staff are very dedicated to our children and learning. They have a great program in place and I see this school and district 114 only getting better in the future, going from good to great! I urge parents to get involved with their child's school by volunteering, PTA meetings, and Board of Education meetings. Being in your child's classroom has a great affect on your child and its fun! I am saddened to see that there aren't more parents involved especially when the Staff and Administration are so welcoming of volunteers.
