As a veteran teacher with over a decade of experience teaching in NYC and Long Island, I must express my enthusiasm and gratitude to this very fine school. It is the most nurturing learning environment I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Being a new resident this school year with two children in attendance, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of education superseding our overrated LI district. This school offers a far more challenging academic curriculum and is comprised of wonderful children, families and the most impressive staff. I'm blown away by the parent/school/teacher communication! Parents are informed of every minor detail and beyond...we are never kept in the dark. It is so wonderful to know about all classroom/school happenings and to be reminded, leaving no room for error. The school posseses a strong principal/school leadership and display of professionalism across the board. My children have never been this happy in a school environment! They are sad that the school year is coming to a close. We are extremely satisfied and happy to call Sparta, NJ our new home! Looking forward to many more years of academic success!

We moved into this school district in April 2011. My daughter's experience has been outstanding. She has a lovely first grade teacher who is by far the best communicator with parents of any teacher my children have ever had (we have been in four different school districts in three states and two countries). I wanted to leave a review because I thought it relevant to state that Helen Morgan is now a K-2 school due to a district wide reorganization that took place last year. So far, things at the school level have been top notch.
