Great experience teachers always making sure parents are informed of homework assignments, school activities and student performance etc. also making sure the bring out the best of them for a brighter future.

There was little to no improvement on my child's last year in south gate middle school. It's not just the occasional bad student. It's bad teachers who are also bulling our kids. It's the staff that ignore and not follow up on student complains. Almost every administrator including the principle seams to have no time to help parents feel that our kids are safe. If it wasn't for my almost daily visits to campus and finally looking for legal help my child would of bin another tragic story. Parents pls don't just talk to your child. Don't just talk to your teachers. We must talk to other parents. We must compare notes on our kids and on school staff experience. They are very few exceptional staff members and then there are most staff members. I wish your family a successful, happy and healthy year. Sincerely a concern parent

you guys are a bunch of sour grapes! south gate is not a bad school. yes, it has some bad students but don't all schools? my daughter is a student and is in honors. The office staff is so polite and ms.mack is a very kind lady.
