I feel lucky to send my kids to Crescent. We have experienced the Primary (preschool) classroom, as well as the junior and senior elementary classes. My children learn so much every day, but even more important than learning fact and figures, they are learning how to teach themselves--how to find information and be proactive learners. They are developing a love of learning that I just don't see at other schools. The teachers know my children, their learning styles and personalities well, and are very caring. Each day, my kids are excited for school, and come home happy and tired each afternoon. My kids even want to write their teachers letters during winter and summer break! Our whole family has benefitted from the children attending Crescent.

Our three children have been thriving at this school for 6 years now. The teachers really strive to know each and every child. If you are interested in the Montessori method of education, this is an excellent school. My children are engaged and excited in their learning all day long. I see it as a great benefit that they don't have homework, we can simply come home and enjoy our time as a family and we have plenty of time left for after school activities without the stress of having to get homework done. Picking the 'right' school for your child isn't easy. But seeing how excited our three children are every morning to go to their classrooms and seeing the high quality of their education makes it a much easier decision for us. This is an excellent, one-of-a-kind school.

I will not recommend this school for anyone who wanted best education for kids. This is not good school .advertizing shows music teacher- none for 3 years. Spanish absolutely wasting time, Hi and Buy for 2 years .Advertized: for talented extra learning offered acceleration - none. My kid is absolutely gifted in kindergarten when she asked to try to do activity for fist graters instead of giving her to try or explain that it is not possible for any reason, teacher punished her with not Montessori method, teacher ask her sit on the floor and put her head on her knees and be quiet for as long as everybody finished activity. Teacher was pushing down her every day make sure she never wanted more than others. horrible.Principal not effective, all what she wants is peace and donation. I had conversations with parents who left this school for good and with other school principal who had problems with adjusting transferred students from this school it was difficult for a months. Level of education below normal. No tests and no homework ever. Do not trust to others who said it is good . It is bad very low education school. Elem. teacher struggling with math she said it loud ,outrageous

Dynamic leadership with a team of highly-qualified and top-caliber teachers who continue to undergo training and attend workshops to further widen the scope of their knowledge and skills. This Montessori school is a haven for our three children where they are able to spread their wings and soar with the tools for success given to them as they learn, discover their creativity and independence. Moreover, the students in this school are challenged to think critically, aim for excellence and are guided by nurturing and brilliant teachers who lovingly motivate and inspire them to learn and be passionate about learning.

This is a one of a kind school with excellent students, teachers, parents, philosophical approach, atmosphere - you name it! The preschool is fabulous, but so is the elementary school which is from K-5th grade now and adding a grade each year.
