    Overall, I can't state enough about the POSITIVE experience each one of my 3 children have had at this school! The teachers are all unique and very caring/ enthusiastic from the classrooms through the 'specials'. They openly communicate to the parents as far as strengths and the things your kid(s) can improve upon. I'm shocked and disappointed the school stands with a 6 as a ' ranking'!! Unless the grade was solely based on cosmetics and curb appeal( the playground ,baseball field etc.) IMO the grading of this school is definitely off! Should be closer to an 8.

    My experience, along with my children's, have all been positive at Accompsett Elementary. They have made lasting friendships, explored and found a love for new subjects, as well as grown into kind, respectful and caring individuals. I didn't do it alone and am confident their teachers contributed to who they are today.

    I wish the principal was a bit more warm and fuzzy, but you cannot always choose your boss.

    The staff are wonderful and caring. Classes could be smaller that would give the wonderful teachers a chance to be more effective. Overall I am very happy with my childrens' experience here.
