Three of my children have graduated from this school. My 4th is now entering it. We have had positive academic, athletic and extracurricular experiences. Their efforts were always appreciated and acknowledged. The teachers and staff encouraged them to try new things and they all grew from the experiences. They were well prepared for post secondary education. They had the opportunity to earn college credits/degrees during high school which was an incredibly valuable opportunity. Their high school careers and achievements exceeded my expectations and I give the school a lot of credit for this. The school truly has something for everyone. All types of learners can achieve success at this school. They have a club or shop program for a large variety of interests. Students come out well prepared for the workforce or higher education. It has been a very positive experience for both me and my children.

Both my children have attended CCTS. One who graduated in 2019 and another is currently a Junior. We have never had any issues with this school and I feel that the teachers and administration go out of their way to make sure your child is receiving the best education they can get. I feel my kids were/are in a safe environment and I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants their child to attend a school that not only offers great education but also a head start on a career in a trade choice.

I can't speak for the Pennsauken Campus, but the Gloucester Township Campus is a total disaster. The disciplinary consequences students face is inconsistent, as there's multiple Assistant Principals that don't follow the book and pick favorites between students. The teachers and staff never have a smile on their face about teaching, because they know as much as the students know they won't learn anything that will help them in the future. The curriculum is outdated and ineffective, leaving students ill-prepared for college or the real world. The school environment is toxic, with bullying and harassment being a rampant issue that is often ignored by the administration. Overall, I would not recommend attending the Gloucester Township Campus. The school fails to provide a safe and supportive learning environment, and the education offered is subpar at best. Students and parents alike would be better off looking elsewhere for a quality education.

The staff is mostly good. There are one or two teachers that are bad. Their is a lot of tablets, computers, and nice looking furniture at the school. The buildings are big and are clean. Also it is very nice that you are able to receive training in a field that you enjoy.

It was ok. I didn’t have many friends there because a lot of students were entitled.

The communication between parents and staff is great. My son feels comfortable at the school. There is always busing available and there is a wide selection of career programs to choose from.

I am currently enrolled as a junior at CCTS. My sending school is Pennsauken High, and desperately wanting to escape that district, I decided to come here. I have not been disappointed. For the most part, this school is filled with friendly people who seldom give you a hard time, and the security team prevent things from getting out of hand in those rare outbursts. All of the trade teachers come from the industry, so they are well- versed in what they are teaching. There are limitless opportunities as far as clubs, sports, etc. and if you are not a part of something, you will miss out on the true experience! My only complaint would be the slow pace of the maths in this school, but other than that, your time at CCTS will be a pleasurable one.

I've wasted two and a half years of my life here. Don't make the same mistake I've made. I'm sure if you're considering either going here as a student or as a parent trying sending your child here you were probably drawn in by the numerous trades and programs they offer here. If you've taken a tour of the school you probably got the impression that it is a relatively new and well maintained school. But don't let it's outer appearance fool you like it has fooled me. The trades that they claim to teach so well at aren't taught well if at all. I was a junior in the automotive technology program. I've learned nearly nothing at all in the passed three years. My automotive class was ran by a teacher who himself was uneducated. And he never kept a watchful eye on his class. As far as the students go, I want to say about 90% of showed no initiative and never complete a task when given (on there phones),(playing with dangerous shop equipment, wrestling around in shop, etc). One student in my was relentlessly bullied due to his disability. I've recently transferred back to my sending high school and it was the best decision I've ever made! PS all of the other good reviews are out of date.
