I would not recommend this school to minority families whatsoever.

We moved in to this school district because of the overall high ratings of the education system. However, not every school in the district is same- and this one in particular has a lot of transparency issues.

Some teachers have a terrible attitude towards their job as a teachers and this is condoned by the principal. The school and teachers are poorly managed and allowed to act as they choos without consequences. They are allowed to badmouth parents to other parents and gossip. Ironic that we teach our children not to bully and allow teachers and staff to do so.

Awesome is the word to describe this school. Amazing teachers, involved and caring parents. It just has everything I would want for my children and their education.

Evergreen elementary provides the most supportive environment you could ask for your children. Our son has flourished socially and academically as a result of the amazing Evergreen team of teachers, students, and parents.

I can't say enough good things about Evergreen! I have a 3rd grader and Kindergartener going there and have been involved as a room parent for the past three years. You can rest assured that if your child(ren) goes to Evergreen, that they will have the best experience. The teachers are very kind and really go out of their way to make sure that the children feel comfortable and are understanding the curriculum. The staff at Evergreen will always greet you and welcome you to visit any time and ask questions. There are always volunteer opportunities that allow you to be with your child in their classroom environment. I give this school the highest rating!

As a parent, I feel that my 3 children were very lucky to study in such a loving, encouraging, and caring atmosphere. Kids are always encouraged and are never talked down to. The sense of the school community is very strong! I was especially touched when my child with medical needs was accommodated beyond my expectations. I have to mention the wonderful nurse who works there. She would make a hundred steps instead of one to make sure the children are OK and safe! Overall, I consider ourselves lucky to have such a wonderful school in our district!
