Teachers are excellent, great communicators and inspire kids. Upper management such as superintendent and such, have never worked in customer service obviously. They do need to add an element of service since they are serving kids and parents in a sense. Lack of communication skills was observed and problem solving is lacking also. You better don't face them if you have an opinion different from theirs on school matters.

School rating is very low, the teachers the principal are not covering the material they should be. All kids are below average. And when parents try to get involved as for more homework so at least we can do more at home they get angry

It is a small setting. Teachers and staff do the best job of reaching every student in the building. You can just tell the kids love to be there!
