This was one of the worst decisions to send my son here. He was called racist names and nothing was ever done. A very privileged school and lack of diversity. If you’re not white then you’re stared at or no one wants to talk to you. No sense of community here. As a minority parent I felt very left out. All the parents avoided me like they were too good to talk to. My child never made friends b/c he was a minority. It’s 2019 please train staff/students on diversity. Teachers yell at kids and treat them like they are adults. Not a fun and loving environment. PTO is full of two goody two shoes. A very WHITE school and if you’re not white then you’re treated like you don’t belong. If you’re child is a slower learning then their labeled immediately.

Was ok but for the aforementioned bullying of one of my children. Also, there are a LOT of entitled parents at this school who think that parking, driving, and car loop rules don't apply to them. Lots of golf cart driving people who think they have the right of way EVERYWHERE. There is an OVERWHELMING lack of common courtesy at this school.

Lakeview has been a great school that has enriched my children for the last three years. The teachers are engaging and challenge the students to reach high levels of achievement. My children have loved going there and have many positive fun experiences to share on a regular basis.
