We fortunately were only here for 1 year. That was enough for me. In a one-year period my youngest son had 2 teachers, and my oldest had 4. The turnaround is unacceptable and unbelievable. How can you get a good education when teachers quit or get fired durnig the school year. Biggest read flag for us, was our youngest learning how to write and then being okay with him writing a few of his letters and numbers backwards. We brought this up many times throughout the year and kept being told he will learn and write them correctly eventually. Happy to be gone and in a much better school.

My son goes here and loves it. The staff is amazing and they helped him get up to speed with the curriculum. If you get the pleasure of having Miss. Scott she is very caring, great communicator and passionate about children's education. I can't say enough great stuff about this school.

A safe, friendly, well maintained school with a focus on excellence and kindness. My child is only in Kindergarten, but so far I am pleased with Tatum Ridge Elementary.

Would not recommend to any families with children with disabilities.or if you are looking for help/support from the school. They do not care. School resource officer doesn’t know how to maintain control of students without choking them and leaving marks.

Love Tatum Ridge. Teachers are wonderful and really work with students to help them succeed. They make every student feel welcome. Class sizes are small which allows for more focus on all the children. Principal is great as well. My children love going to school here!

The curriculum is great but there are so many "better than thou" parents its unbelievable. Not much diversity here. Administrative staff single out kids to keep putting blame on rather than actual find out what's going on or work toward a resolution.

Very unprofesional adminstration - teachers have no respect for their principle, hence no respect for pupils / parents. Strong religious overtones in this school - including in the classroom. My children were taught about God's works in an ELA setting. The teachers thought nothing of teaching bible studies in a public school environment.

I have two children who have attended this school for several years and they are very happy. They love their teachers. As a parent, I find the teachers to be effective and caring.

I wish I found this school sooner! My son has Asperger's and ADHD. School has been hell for him, he has been discharged from many schools. I found this school and my son has improved tremendously with his speech, grades and maturity since coming to this school this year. He went from a Kindergarten level to his grade level of 3rd grade within 6 months of being at this school! I would recommend this school to anyone having a difficult time with finding the "right" school for their child. Thank you so much Tatum Ridge for all that you do!

This is a quality school in a nice area. Just started first grade and am happy to see science, art and music in the class schedule.
