I don't feel like the teachers can handle the oversized classrooms. There is only one teacher per classroom.Teacher's are burnt out. Therefore unable to handle the children. The front office secretary is not the friendliest. I feel like this school could use lots of help and needs improvement.

Always an inviting and caring place to be. Everyone clearly cares about the school, the kids and community. Check it out!

Not up to par on educating children. Lowest in the city. When u call no one is ever in. Some teachers are very great teachers, but the others are on the other side of spectrum. Its sad because I went there when i was young and it was an awesome school with great leaders.

Please do not send your kids to this school if they have ADD or ADHD. The staff will put your children through hell and it will take years for your children to recover. PLEASE take seriously!

Teachers are great but hate the fact that when I go to the school I feel like Im in Detroit schools. No diversity at all...

I don't like the teacher that my son was moved to in Feburary after being with a teacher that he loved and make him love to learn, to a teacher that is mean. I have left many messages and she never call back, I just gave up. They should get rid of teacher that don't like there job, and stop taking it out on our kids. The principle is great with the kids.

I am not impressed with Halecreek Elem. School, i have 2 children there and if your child is special needs the teachers or the principal will not do anything to help them. My fifth graders teacher is very mean and she grades very hard and she does not let the children go to the bathroom. They dont even take the kids on field trips.....my rating is 1.5 stars

If you have a child with special need i would not have your kid go to this school. My son has aspergers,ADHD,ODD to name a few and this school did nothing to help him. Ms West was the worst principal i have ever meet. I moved out of Romulus so my kid could get a better education and i advise anyone moving to romulus dont do it.
