    Great staff. Teachers are amazing and my daughter have all received the academic support needed. The principal is a Gem!

    Accommodation for special needs students are not effectively implemented. Exclusion classroom is not the overall solution for special education students. Proper training and adherence to district and state guidelines are not alway implemented by the school and their staff.

    Leadership, mainly with the Principal is poor at best. The district really needs to find someone intelligent and effective as a leader. I have never seen such an inept leader as Ms. Bero in such a crucial role as leader of an organization dealing with our children. We need someone who cares for the students well being and not her own.

    Great diversity in the school, compassionate teachers and staff and my daughter has been thriving in the school. Amazing parents involvement and very active PTA! We are very impressed with the school so far and also helps that my daughter loves the school and all her teachers! I also love that the school offers great after school programs 4days a week!

    There is a genuine feeling of caring and commitment among teachers and administrative staff at Miller Elementary. Several of the teachers are former Plano ISD graduates which speaks volumes to a parent. Parents are very involved as well with an enthusiastic PTA that supplements extracurricular events important in the establishing the school's culture and identity. There is a reason why this school has an Exemplary rating among its peers.
