This is a wonderful school! Despite what others say *ex. Teachers throwing chairs* they have never done this in all the time I have been going here. This school has great facilities, wonderful staff, and amazing opportunities. I love going here! The teachers are awesome, and they really take care of disabled students. The cafeteria lunch is not terrible, and most is very good. This is a great school!

It is with great pleasure that I compose this review to extol the virtues of this middle school. Nestled within its hallowed halls is a bastion of academic excellence, where young minds are nurtured and cultivated with utmost care and dedications. Under the astute guidance of its distinguished faculty students are imbued with a profound sense of curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, fostering a love for learning that transcends the confines of the classroom. Moreover, the schools commitment to holistic development ensures that pupils not only excel academically but also cultivate essential life skills and values, thus preparing them to navigate the complexities of the world with grace and integrity. In every facet of its operation, this school epitomizes excellence, serving as a beacon of inspiration and hope for generations to come.

NOT a good school. Most teachers grade your work based on your political views. A teacher recently threw a chair at a student. This is obviously an unhealthy environment for children.

The homework load is reasonable. The Principle and Vice Principle have been very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have had. My child is very happy about attending this school and it shows in his grades and attendance.

Dissatisfied. This school doesn’t deal with bully’s
The new principal (Mr. Allen) is LOVED by the students. My daughter is in 8th grade. Though I'm disappointed that she won't be around to see some of Mr. Allen's plans for the school come to fruition, I'm thrilled that she has experienced his leadership and commitment to students. She loves school again thanks to Mr. Allen. Keep doing what you're doing, sir. The kids appreciate it almost as much as we parents do!

Principal is on it!! Moving in a positive trajectory. Great opportunities for enrichment. Algebra in 8th grade is the norm, 3 years of foreign language, 3 years of instrumental music pretty common. Some odd defensive behavior on the part of teachers in response to an abundance of tiger mom's riding the teachers about grades. I feel protective of the teachers. I wish I could do something. Good efforts to quell "popular kid" style bullying -- "think mean girls" and other middle school drama. No phone and no backpack policy enforced, assigned lockers. These all add to the peaceful transition between classes.

You are right this is a good school. Api, cst and all stardardize test are great. In my opinion, what would make this a great school and not just a good school would be to offer a progam for advanced studies for qualified student on a limited bases. All i see is another school that reminds me of the days of segegation with a separate school district and a new kind of segegation, economy. The poor parent.

We moved here from Orange County where we were very pleased with their educational standards and practice. I was concerned about the move out of my child's comfort zone in grade school where she thrived; living in a completely new area seemed a bit daunting. However, the quality of instruction and peers, administration and parent involvement is outstanding! The transition to Miralieste was seamless and we love it! We pay a price to live in this area/district and it is worth every cent.

Miraleste has some very dedicated teachers but there are a handful that should be removed. I feel if there was a good principal, these problems would be addressed. Miraleste needs a leader with good people skills and compassion for the children. until they replace the principal, there will be problems.

I am a 7th grader here at Miraleste and I really enjoy this school. There are so many wonderful kids and teachers. I made so many friends my first year here in 6th grade. I have a bunch of friends and I can garentee that any kid that comes to this school will have namy memorable years.
