All my kids have gone through this school and have been successful students as they've gone through middle and high school. Parental and teacher encouragement, student accountability, and positive reinforcement will help students do well. Read to your kids when young and encourage them to do well in school, and they'll want to learn, study, do their homework, and become positive citizens.

3 simply because my sons 4 th grade teacher has been amazing. Without his teacher we would have been lost this year.

I have a young child at this school and he is doing very well. It seems to be a school focused on the success of its students and providing a welcome environment by all involved, administration to cafeteria staff. Thank you Indian Creek!

My daughter went there for K last year. The teacher in charge of the busy bees was not a tender caring lady. My daughter is sensitive and very well behaved but did not handle the yelling and drill sergeant type instructions. She did learn a lot, however, the teaching style was not what was best for her. I was completely turned off since the first day I went into the office. 4 out of 5 office staff ladies ALWAYS seemed unfriendly and stressed out! Again, not an environment I want my daughter to be in. I liked that is was a full day program but I don't like all the responsibility that was put on my 5 year old. She was expected to have perfect handwriting at the end of the year- something I have struggled with my entire life! I gave the school 3 stars because it wasn't the worst and it's only based on the kindergarten experience. Otherwise, if I could give it a 2 1/2 I would have. This year my daughter is going to Blue Oak Montessori Charter and her teacher seems to actually care about the mental well-being of the students not just test scores for more funding.

I am amazed by the staff at Indian Creek and the office personnel always have a smile and make the parents and students feel welcome. As busy as the office is at any given time, the office staff manages to make time for all.
