Great school. One of the best in Pennsylvania, as far as bullying goes it’s almost non existent.

I graduated from this school some years ago. My kids attend this school, relatives graduated from Fox Chapel. Overall one of the best schools around. You will not find a better school in the region. 10 out of 10. The Teachers there make the school what it is today.

Definitely a class divide. It's very cliquey and there's a large disparity between the Sharpsburg kids and the FC kids. Like others have mentioned, extracurriculars are expensive. It's basically a private school masquerading as a public school. That being said, the AP options are fantastic and the majority of the teachers are wonderful. The one downfall is that there are "hard teachers" and "easy teachers" for the same AP/Accelerated subjects. That means that the students who get the hard teachers get lower grades, but the average across the board is higher because of the easy teacher.
