I had my son at this school for about two months and had to deal with so many different issues. From my child being bullied on a daily and having chunks of hair cut out of his head. Every time I came to the school to address the issue his kindergarten teacher and the principal acted like they didn't care. I took my son out of this school and placed him in curiel elementry in Eloy where I've had zero problems.Curiel also has a more advance teaching level for the kindergarten classes. I'm very glad I made the switch. I would not recommend picacho elementry school to anyone that cares about there Childs well being or the level that there being taught at.

Picacho School has AWESOME teachers! A wonderful staff both classified and certified. The teachers do their best with the tools they have to bring out the best in our children. Wonderful school to have our children in!

It's a small rural school with one teacher per grade. We have some of the best kids anywhere! We also have a staff that really cares about the children and the families of the children. Likewise, we have parents and children who really care about the staff! Two years ago when I was seriously injured in an auto accident on the way to school, parents visited me in the hospital and offered to help in any way they could. That meant a lot to me. Because it's a small school there is a feeling of belonging to a family there! And that makes it a win-win environment for student, staff, and parents!
