My 2 kids came to this school at scool year 2022-2023. Both ended the year on a positive note. My second grader bad enjoyed going to school at previous school and that comtinued here. My K child had a rough start. He previously attended preschool where we lived in Glendale and has some speech issues. The school was very helpful in getting him help he needs. The rough start was due to his initial teacher getting ill and eventually death. Kind of makes kindergarten rough that way. By midway through the year the school had a permanent interim sub for the kids and a return to liking school happened. We m9ved out of district but am looking at transportation options to see if a way to return is viable.

Fantastic Staff ! They follow the PBIS (positive behavior intervention and support) Program ! The kids are recognized daily for The Gold Tickets they earn . The tickets are given to students who get caught doing something great :-)

In 2008 a new administration took over in this school. That is the same year that my twins started kindergarten there. I have moved out of the school's district since then and continue to keep them in Mesquite anyway because I love the school and staff. The principal is very involved. There is alot of positive reinforcement. There are lots of fun clubs for kids to join. I don't know about before my kids started there but now, this school is awesome!
