I was able to work at my on pace and get help when I needed it and I am an RSP student and nothing was motivated for me

I had an incredible experience at Valley Oaks. I made the decision to transfer my sophomore year, and really thrived at VO. I loved the teachers and the approach to teaching and education they all have. Would HIGHLY recommend this school to anyone who has the motivation to get out of their mainstream school.

This school is amazing. They are highly qualified teachers who have thought outside the box for those children that don't fit inside it. They are very motivated for your children to succeed. There is emotional and academic support for the parents and children combined. Your child will not fall into any crack in this system. It is a warm and caring environment for you and your children. It promotes independence in you children and at the same time keeps the parents informed as to your childs' progress. My child suffered from severe anxiety. Would have massive panic attacks while at the regular school. I would have to talk him off the ledge just about every day. He never once called me from this school feeling lost, unwelcome, or stupid. He excelled to the point that he only attended this school for 6 months and decided that he was ready and could handle going back to the main stream school. He has been very successful ever since. This school restored my sons faith in himself and gave him the confidence and poise that he had always had but lost for a time.
