All my kids went to Webster my olde kids did well as time went on the school and politics started to go down the drain. There's a m4n teacher that w3ars a w!g and a dr3ss and wants the kids to call him M!ss J0dy. My 8 year old daughter f33ls uncomfortable as I do. If I say anything thing about it I'm the bad person. Be careful make sure you meet all the teachers/aids in person. They do a good job hidding them

Both of my kids attend Webster Elementary School, and I’d like to share my thoughts.First, I really appreciate the strong sense of community at this school. The families and staff create a welcoming and supportive environment that makes it feel like a safe place for children to grow. However, when it comes to academics, I believe there is significant room for improvement. The school falls short in terms of providing a solid educational foundation. I’ve noticed a lack of challenging material, minimal homework assignments, and not enough focus on deeper learning. As parents, we expect schools to prepare our kids for future academic success, and unfortunately, I feel Webster isn’t meeting those expectations. If the school could prioritize stronger academics and push for higher standards, it would truly benefit the students.

Webster is our neighborhood school and we are so lucky that it is! Being a part of the school community has been so great for my student. As a family, we are excited to be a part of the community with plenty of opportunities to support our student. Not only are the experienced teachers great at supporting all students and communicating with families, but there is such a sense of community. There are also plenty of extra curriculars for all students from music (all students, every week!) to opportunities in the garden to art class to STEM enrichment outside of the classroom during the day. The school also put on the Wizard of Oz this year! So many talented students had the opportunity to get on stage and perform, supported by their peers, teachers, families, and school admin. It has been a great experience for our family and our student has had the opportunity to grow and learn.

Both of my children attend Webster. They continue to thrive there. As parents we feel welcome, included and heard. Our children are academically advanced, well prepared for the upcoming school year and have formed strong bonds with their teachers. We enjoy the community of Webster and love that we get a chance to know so many of the other families. This year the school has a theater teacher and the students are performing Wizard of Oz Jr. It has been a great year!

Wonderful school environment, there is a lot of parent involvement which is comforting to know as some parents do not have the luxury of time to be involved. We just wish the classrooms would not only look but actually be organized. The teachers are great overall but a little more focus on keeping the classes neat and clean and tidy would add brownie points to this school.

We are so happy with our decision to send our child to Daniel Webster School. After touring other schools in the area and 1.5 years at Webster, we know we have found the right place for our family. We have been so happy with the teachers and staff at the school. My child is so happy with her class and opportunities she has, including the Art Loft which is a dedicated classroom for art activities (allowing teachers freedom to incorporate art into their lessons, without having to spend class time to set up and clean up!). The music program is also a huge advantage Webster has over other schools in the area. Its so great to see music be part of the curriculum. We are so happy with everything and the parent and PTA involvement is great. Such a welcoming and wonderful community dedicated to the school and all children.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Daniel Webster Elementary School. From the outstanding curriculum to the top notch staff of teachers that work there! The Principal is fair and encouraging to our children. The PTA is made up of a wonderful group of parents who constantly give 100% of their energy to the school! We love Daniel Webster!

When our daughter was entering Kindergarten we toured several schools....both public and private. While each school had pros and cons Webster definitely had the most pros! We have been here 3 years now and have never regretted our choice. We have had wonderful teachers who truly enjoy teaching, the office staff is always helpful and ready to answer questions, the Principal has a lot of great ideas and the PTA is very involved and organizes a lot of fun activities for the students. Webster has a lot of extracurricular enrichment programs such as Lego Robotics, Spanish and Armenian language classes and Chess. All students participate in music during the school day and the upper grades can participate in an additional instrumental program. we highly recommend you check Webster out ~ you won't be disappointed!

First off, let me just say my children LOVE Webster which is really all that matters. They cannot wait to go back to school at the end of summer! Their teachers have all been excellent. The principal has great ideas and enthusiasm fettered only by a lack of resources (booo PUSD). His emphasis on the arts (music classes for all grades) and computer literacy (Chromebooks in the classroom) has tangibly changed the learning culture. And thanks to a few fantastic parents, there are a lot of extra-curricular activities that turn this school into a community.

We pulled our daughter from private school and enrolled her at Webster in the 3rd grade after meeting other happy parents and kids at Webster. They encouraged us to actually LOOK at public schools and we couldn't believe the wonderful things we found. The education is stellar. The teachers passionate and helpful. The enrichment strong and engaging. The community an actual reflection of the world we live in. Our daughter has promoted from Webster and we now have a son at Webster. We couldn't be happier with the community we've found at Webster and the incredible education our kids are receiving. Webster has an art loft, garden, computer room, Performing arts programs, Music instruction, Lego Robotics, Spanish with LANGO, and more. It continues to rise in the ranks of California schools. Come take a look - I promise you won't be disappointed.

I'm a 5th grade student attending Webster, and I find it an amazing place to learn. I'm having so much fun with all the programs we have here (music, science, art, etc.) Though of course being a student I have to deal with a not so nice authority figure. She is a yard aide and doesn't help with bullies in the right way. She is sooooo bad that she lost this school a star. So I hope that they will soon send her to some sort of training to learn how to deal with children.Otherwise this is a FANTASTIC SCHOOL to send your child to. -I hope you enjoyed my perspective.

Daniel Webster is amazing ! My two girls go there & I would never want to take them anywhere else. There has only been one teacdher out of 5 that wasn't wonderful. The PTA is very involved. The school is fun & they learn. My girls are in the LEARNS after school program & they take great care of them. I drive 15 minutes out of my way in the morning & at night to take them here - it's worth it !

We have been very impressed with Daniel Webster school. It is a wonderful neighborhood school, with kits of parent involvement and dedicated teachers. We are so happy we have public school a chance. This is my son's second year here and it is amazing to see how much he is learning.

I applaude this new principal. He inherited a mess from the former principal and is doing a great job with no resources what so ever. Our family is very impressed with the job he is accompishing and the quality of the teachers.Webater is a wonderful place for our children. Everyday they come home with wonderful stories about their 5th and first grade classrooms. We can not believe how much teaching takes palce in one day.

Webster is a great neighborhood school. Our 3rd and 5th grader have both been there since they were in kindergarten. The teachers are excellent and experienced. Our new principal is knowledgeable and collaborative. No school is perfect, but part of what makes ours great is parent involvement. In this budget climate, where vital programs have been stripped bare, our involved parents have stepped up to the plate. They created and found funding for our Art Loft and Science room. They manage class visits to these rooms, and clean up the mess afterwards so the teachers can teach. They fundraise tirelessly so our kids can have a library and PE. They put on fun events and bring in awesome enrichment programs. They make copies for teachers, help out in the office when it's short staffed, tend our garden, create the monthly calendar and manage our website. And they juggle busy jobs, caring for kids with special needs, other volunteer positions in the community and much more. If your kids go to public school these days, you've got to roll up your sleeves and be willing to help out. The principal and teachers at Webster welcome that attitude and the school is better for it.

I have been less than impressed with the school this year. From issues with the lack of a supervised playground, messages not relayed to the classroom resulting in my kindergartner waiting in the car pick up line for 45 minutes instead of being in the after school program, the principle who responded to an email regarding policy with snide comments about a child he thought was ours, but wasn't, and I can go on and on. The hard part is my child enjoys going to the school, but it could be so much more. Their website still has the old principles information on it. Calendars don't reflect free dress days or other events. Teacher listings are incomplete. Just a mess all around.
