After 5 years at this school we finally had enough. We decided not to even enroll our youngest child here and sold our home to get out of the district entirely. We transitioned all 3 of our children to a new school in a completely different neighborhood. Quality of communication, education and culture in this school and entire district has steadily decreased. We are so happy we were able to get out when we did.

Jennifer Seoane is the worst possible leader this school could chose. There is extreme bullying happening at this school, and she also bullies students, and parents. There’s a high teacher turnover rate and the experienced teachers do not respect her. If any parent says they do like her, it’s because they have a high performing, traditional learner.

My eldest child attended this school and had a great environment to build character and develop a greta education. Great teachers and staff.

Lake louise lost my 5 year old daughter on the first day of school. We were not contacted or alerted to the fact that she was put on a different bus due to overcrowding on the bus she was supposed to be on. We got to sit in terror when she just did not get off of the bus she was supposed to be on. My husband was left on hold for 20 minutes while they tried to locate her. By the time i got to the school she was home, I spoke to an administrator who basically told me I had to contact their transportation department. Is the transportation department responsible for getting kids on the bus or is it the school? So disappointed. What a shame considering she enjoyed her day. If. They cannot guarantee my childs safety and whereabouts I cannot allow her to go here. It seems as if they are more concerned with PTA and raising money than the actual wellbeing of the students!

I love it here. I also have a child in the park district preschool and a privateSchool. Aside for only having 1/2Day kindergarten,I’m very pleased with the school.

I am very pleased with Lake Louise Elementary school. I have a son who is in the 1st grade there, and a daughter who is in 5th grade there. Before my daughter went to Lake Louise, she was diagnosed with Selective Mutism and she never spoke in school. When she started at Lake Louise she started talking and getting better grades as a result. I think her teacher made her feel comfortable and she has been doing great ever since! My son has also been doing great and has settled in nicely making new friends and also getting better grades.

We have one child at Lake Louise and are very pleased with his performance. The teacher, is doing an awesome job. She is easy to communicate with and she addresses any concerns promptly and efficiently.
