    I would highly recommend a different school if you try to pick up your kids early the principal named Karen will call law enforcement and try to get you arrested

    School website is not kept up to date with grades. Teacher is slow to return phone calls and dominates the conversation when I try to meet with her. Homework assignments not clear or will be missing and I have no way of double checking anything. Elementary teachers we have had so far are very inexperienced and lack good communication with any useful feedback to parents. The PTA is very disorganized and will cancel events at the last minute.

    East is an amazing school! The principal knows all 500 kids by name and is very visible to parents and students. My daughter loves going to school each day and I've been very impressed with the gains she has made. The staff does a great job of creating a safe, comfortable environment for the kids. I am very pleased with this school and wouldn't change a thing.
